Everything about the property.

Not being able to speak to the property directly was an infuriating experience in stupidity. Your call center's patent refusal to connect me with the hotel will dictate my decision when the next opportunity arises. I despise outsourced call centers, especially those who have the incredibly ignorant restrictions on communications placed by people who have probably spent very little time truly understanding customer service.

If this hotel advertises and books travelers through BOOKING, it should also monitor regularly and answer messages received from the travelers THROUGH BOOKING. I inquired about the schedule and pick-up location of the hotel shuttle, 24 hours before my arrival at the ORD Chicago airport. I just wanted to let you know that the question was not answered. Evidently, someone, perhaps even the general manager (Mr. ADAM KLEE), should monitor the BOOKING messages. At the airport, I had to wait in freezing temperatures for 15 minutes and was unable to find the shuttle due to several miscommunications. Once I reached the hotel, the Manager on duty (Mr. JORGE R) blamed them exclusively on me. The room would have been nice, had it not been for the shower (see attached photos). The usual gasket at the bottom of the shower door is missing, and water from the shower flooded the floor.

We would stay at Aloft O’Hare againnif we ever need to be in the area.

Dog friendly, clean, comfortable beds and friendly staff. We also enjoyed a restaurant within walking distance and there were several to choose from. We also liked the short trip to the airport from this location.

We didn’t like that we had to pay extra for the in and out parking.

We are a returning customer, which should sum it up. It is always a good experience at Aloft and this time was no exception. I had a lot of packages delivered to me and the staff handled it very well. The rooms are comfortable as always.

The beds were so comfortable and the part of the room with the beds was quiet! I did not know that it was such a walkable area, but lucked out! I did not know the Rosemont Theater was across the street where we attended an event. Couldn’t have worked any better!

for the convenience of the airport it was nice. the room was not the cleanest as you would expect.

like how close it was from the airport, made it easy to get to the rental car return for our early morning flight.

the restaurant was a bar that had bar food. the rooms shower had mold, the grout has staines not very clean. have to pay for parking if you have your own car or rental car.

Dreadful and Dangerous Stay

Clean room and tidy reception area. Morning desk clerk on Sunday had a positive, helpful attitude.

We had a dreadful and dangerous experience at this hotel. When we arrived with one using a wheelchair and the other schlepping 5 pieces of luggage and a tote bag, we asked about a luggage cart. We're told there was none available. (I couldn't tell whether the hotel even had any). I was thanked for being a Marriott member, but then was told that our breakfast would not be complimentary and that the accessible room type we had reserved was "all taken." Both assertions contradicted our written booking confirmation. The young man at the desk barely glanced at me, with our heap of luggage, and my husband, in his wheelchair, and made zero effort to support us in getting to our tiny, non-accessible room, which was down a narrow corridor, through a heavy door, with our room door behind the hallway door. Not easy for one able-bodied person with a suitcase to navigate, and much harder for a wheelchair user with multiple bags. Without accessible features, simply using the toilet and showering was a nightmare for my spouse, and for me, trying to help him stay safe.

I didn't like that booking.com charged me $204 dollars and I show up to the hotel and they cannot find my reservation. I ended up paying again and not using the already PAID amount from booking.com. I need my money back from this company. Not booking through booking.com ever again.

It was “ok”, the staff could be more helpful and informative.

There was no complimentary breakfast, for 186/night I expected it.

I was disappointed about not being notified about the pool being “under maintenance til further notice”. I also didn’t like how they didn’t give extra towels and the girl at the front desk act like she couldn’t find my reservation with the name it was booked under and the confirmation number.
