Room was clean and staff was pleasant. Location is good, hotel is near the airport (5-10 min drive), shuttle to airport is free.

Some minor things in the room could be renewed. Cutleries and dishes during breakfast are disposable.

It was very comfortable and conveniently located.

The staff was accommodating getting us a room to fit our family better in. The front desk Stephanie was very nice and the other girl at the desk when we checked in Friday, the breakfast was really the best hotel breakfast we’ve had

The pool didn’t have a lot of towels but that’s ok we bring from home typically!

Would definitely stay there again.

Rosemont was beautifully decorated for the holidays. There were many restaurants nearby and other convenience shops. Location was also close to Chicago, northern suburbs and highways to get around faster.

There was a crack in the shower’s floor that we had to avoid stepping on for fear of getting cut. No incident though.

There was only one working elevator. There was a Holiday weekend with a Large crowd of guests. We had to wait at least 10 to 15 minutes for an elevator. Many times when the elevator arrived it was too crowded to get on. So now you're waiting another 10-16 minutes for the one elevator to return.😳😞 And because of the large crowd this made parking challenging. However at the end of our stay...they wanted to charge for parking. After all those inconveniences parking should be complimentary for every guest for the hassle & inconveniences

Attitude and lied to. Charged after I left.

The attitude of the lady working the front desk nor how she talked to me. And contact less checking not working. Didn't message me back. Digital key not working. Being on the phone w Hilton customer service an hour and waiting forever to get someone on the phone. And then being charged to park where the attituded lady told me it was free to park days later topped it for me.

It’s ok for a few days stay.

Room was big for 3 adults and a child. Stayed in a king suite. Comfortable. Super close to O’Hare, Allstate Arena, and restaurants.

Toilet was filled with urine, the sliding door for bathroom wasn’t good. Kept on opening no matter how gentle we were about closing it. also, bathroom didn’t have a functional fan. Layout of bedroom and furniture was weird.

I highly recommend this hotel.

The location was perfect, close to the airport and to family we were visiting. The shuttle bus service from the airport and to and from the commuter rail was great! The rooms were comfortable, and the hotel was relatively quiet even though it was located near the airport.

Does not accommodate early check ins or late check outs for Hilton Honors member must have had change in management because they used to always allow us to check in early and check out late. But not anymore.

Cannot beat the location for price if you need a hotel near the O'Hare airport. I don't think it's that centrally located to attractions, but the airport is close. The hotel was clean and staff were friendly and helpful.

Disappointing

Nice hotel, good location and facilities.

When we arrived, we were informed of the $20 per day parking fee. That is tacky, and should be included upfront in the total price. I have not seen this undisclosed add on at a hotel before. Disappointing way begin our stay, with a sour note!
