Friendly staff, clean facility, secure parking, located right next to Rivers casino.

Met expectations for chain hotel near to airport at decent price.

Not much, it was under construction

The room wasn’t clean, pillows old and flat, the grounds and facility under construction. Jacuzzi not filled. I should be refunded some money.

Close to airport

Everything the bathroom was dirty, there was a patio door that didn’t lock. The room was smelly

Shuttle, easy check in process. Quiet room.

In room coffee machine didn't fit with pod/filter. Smoker in the breeze way as you enter, exit hotel.

Location was very good

There seems to be some sort of rehab going on but outside the building. The rooms are outdated and it looks like they never vacuum inside the elevators . There was some sort of dropped food on the ground outside the side entry that remained there the whole time .

My room was located adjacent to the freeway. The noise did not provide the quiet I needed to sleep. I used ear plugs and the pillow to decrease the noise level. In the future, I will ask for a room not adjacent to the highway.

Overall it's a great value for clean and good location, but next time I'd choose somewhere else.

I liked the clean comfortable rooms as well as having breakfast and coffee on site. They also offered some fresh natural flavored water which was neat.

The pool was broken and ruined by rude guests. The parking outside smelled terrible. Little things were broken here and there including one of the elevators.
