Just one complaint…throughout the night some element kicked on and off in the hallway or something and it made the bathroom mirror rattle loudly and it really disturbed my sleep. I think this should be addressed. Room 217.

I was given the incorrect area for shuttle bus pickup .,

Then I discovered you don’t drop off at all Airline terminals, which I think is crazy. You should pick up and drop off all terminals. My next trip I plan to book a different hotel, that does that.

Location, price, and staff was amazing. Everyone we interacted with was so nice, and our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The baggage hold was a life saver for us!

Not so satisfied

The room was big, the bed was big there was plenty of room in general and all supplies worked. Shuttle bus was convenient.

They say they have something like breakfast but it is not breakfast. They just give you 5 dollars to buy something of their overcharged mini market. The rooms have a weird intense scent I suppose from the cleaning stuff they use which was a bit too much and even with the tini window open the smell kept coming back. The bed was big but had a sland and I had to sleep diagonally in order to wake up with a back that doesn't hurt. The windows couldn't open enough to properly freshen up the room's air and they advertise a lot on their tv but most of them require payment. They ask you to pay 450$ in case that some damages occur and they say they give them back after 1-3 business days after checkout but they was a delay in my case. Before my check in they tried to make me pay something extra and after I refused they said after 1-2 days that I don't have to pay extra since everything was prepaid in booking.com. I don't know if they were sincere or tried to scam me there.

Easy access to the airport and great shuttle service. They texted me details when I asked. The bed and room was very comfortable which I appreciated during my layover after a long flight. Front desk staff very kind and helpful.

This was one of the more pleasant airport area hotels that I have ever stayed in for a reasonable price.

The check in was fast. It was clean and pleasant and had good complimentary coffee available all day. Shuttle service was timely.

Very restful after an unexpected flight cancellation.

Room was spacious, very clean with all furniture and rugs in excellent condition. It was a very comfortable night.

Worst experience I have ever had with hotel in Chicago

I liked the location

I booked this stay 2 days in advance through booking.com. We drove 15 hours and when we arrived was told that “booking.com” should have never pushed our reservation through and that the room we booked with 2 queen beds was not available. They proceeded to tell me they “upgraded” us to a room and it has 1 queen bed and a sofa bed. I told them that is not an “upgrade” a sofa bed is smaller and more uncomfortable. Then they told me they would have me a room available the next day and I would have to load up all my stuff again and take it with me to leave the hotel and then have to go back and tote our stuff all the way up again to our new room the next day. Not once did they take accountability they put the blame all on booking.com yet they had 2 day advance they could have contacted me about the room situation and they did not. Instead they waited til we drove the 15 hours and told us when we arrived. I definitely will not recommend staying here nor will we return to this hotel
