Although they advertise as free airport shuttle be prepared to wait and wait and wait. We have waited for over 45 minutes each time with we have called although they have said that they will be there in 30-40 mins although they said the shuttle is on request On one particular occasion we called at 10:48 pm and didn’t get picked up until 12:13 am. We stayed as a group of six and unfortunately encountered an issue with one of the room’s toilets, which was not functioning properly. Despite making multiple calls—three to four times—it took considerable effort to get a response. Disappointingly, instead of sending maintenance, the staff handed a plunger to seniors in our group and expected them to resolve the problem themselves. This was not the level of service or support we expected during our stay. Do not ever book at this hotel even after it’s taken over by Hilton. We had an extremely disappointing stay. The property is currently undergoing construction, but there were no visible warnings or accommodations to ensure guest safety or comfort. Debris was scattered throughout the carpeted areas, sharp objects were left in the hallways, and several passageways were blocked, making it outright hazardous—especially for families and seniors. There was zero accessibility for wheelchairs or strollers, which is unacceptable. To make matters worse, our room had a strong smell of fresh paint with no prior notice or attempt to ventilate. One of the construction workers almost hit my toddler with a cart. The key card system is another disaster. Due to ongoing lock replacements, they only provide one key per room, and more often than not, it doesn’t work so has to be programmed daily. When we requested a replacement, the staff was rude and unhelpful, and we were initially told we’d be charged just to get into our own room. It took raising a fuss just to get basic access without being unfairly charged.

The hotel was being renovated so there was alot of noise dust and stuff being moved around... but over all it was not to bad... my only complaint was that I had my please do not disturb sign up & maid service came in my room everyday but only made the bed did not restock anything or take the trash.

The room was very dirty the doors wouldn’t shut properly there were bugs in the room no wash cloths no ironing board we had to wait 2 hours for an ironing board and iron late to a scheduled event because no one could get the wash cloths or iron before the 2 hours the front desk person was not helpful and kept saying there was nothing she could do there was construction going on the same floor we stayed on very loud and not pleasant to be awoke by noise honestly no one should have been on the floor with all the debris and unpleasant smells on the floor in the hallways and on the elevator

Location closer to the airport.

There were stains of blood on the bedsheet. We checked in late night and were tired for whole day so we slept without noticing the stains. In the morning the stains were clearly visible. There was an unpleasant smell in the room. How can anyone charge $250 for such rooms. Ridiculous. Breakfast was ok just basic.

The building staff came in 4 times without permission, and when we weren't even there, we saw that they came in too

Spacious room. And grateful to staff for allowing us to keep our luggage in a room for few hours before we made our way to airport.

A couple of ladies on reception could have been more helpful and friendlier - you’d think I was asking for the moon on one occasion. Breakfast could have been tastier - it was just OK. In fact a couple of times we paid for the breakfast at Tiffany’s across from the hotel. Drilling and hammering for all in reception area wasn’t very pleasant - the hotel signage just said “please excuse the dust”!

Used bar soap left in the room. Room smelled like paint. Coffee Pot in the bathroom. Tub looked bad. Parking spots terrible. Too close to one another. If you open your door, you can potentially scratch another vehicle. Elevator uneven. Very disappointing. I rather slept in the lobby.

I was happy with the available parking. The room had the accommodations I would have expected. The breakfast was sufficient. I loved the convention center shuttle availability. The elevator access was optimal, very near the door. Housekeeping was very accommodating having changed our towels and made our bed.

It was unfortunate having been put on the third floor. We could hear details in conversations in the hallway, giving us serious concerns about guest privacy. An other guest aggressively knocked on the communicating door when we arrived. We had only received one key card despite reserving for two guests. Not that it’s a fault of the hotel but it is worth noting that there was a severe dust storm during our stay.

Rude staff, unhelpful- did not adhere to booking.com policy of providing invoice. The room was musty, dingy, clearly wasn’t cleaned between the previous resident and me- there was a used towel on the light, sheets had stains. I had to walk through the outside to get to my room. Clearly overpaid for the room.

Hotel is not far from the airport, so its a good option not to spend a lot of money and still be close to the airport. Hotel provides a shuttle service, so that was nice. Also the staff was very friendly and did not charged me for an early check-in and even offered a breakfast same day I arrived.

The room had a bath tub, but there was no plug to keep the water in the tub, so was impossible to have bath, only to shower. Breakfast doesn't have any healthy options and not a lot to choose from.

Property was extremely nice and clean. Front desk was exceptionally nice. Bed was truly truly hard. The mattress was very uncomfortable. They were nice enough to switch rooms with us and that bed was not any better.

The hotel is clean and near the airport and with free shuttle, it makes all the difference to choose this place.

The room was all good if it was not for the clogged drain. We called in the plumber/technician on duty, but he told us if we want to move room instead. We were in for a few hrs so we let the drain problem go, although very uncomfortable.

Smelly hotel (mold, dust, marijuana). Forced us to cancel booking.com reservation and pay up front in the hotel. No blackout curtain. Body wash bottle empty.

This property is well kept and very very clean!

Corridor carpet needs to be upgraded….it’s old and if changed will make the hotel look fresh and cleaner
