The shuttle service is very good, the location is convenient with many restaurants and Target and Ross nearby. We were allowed to check in early at 1.30 pm instead of 3pm and it was really a great help. Breakfast was acceptable, to my opinion, it's an area for improvement. Overally I would highly recommend Fairfield Inn&Suites Chicago O'Hare!
