    We were travelling with our parents and our daughter who is about 20 months old. Chaotic pick up at the airport, only one driver working in a circle. Travellers are directed to wait in the heat, elderly and children are at risk of heat stroke. No organization whatsoever. People just push onto the shuttle, for those who are traveling in a group, beware that you will be waiting for a few rounds before getting to this hotel. Thank god for Aladin, the night shift driver, who saved me a seat in the front since I was holding my 20mo daughter. When he went back to get another group of travellers, my parents and my husband almost couldn’t hop on because of other angry travellers creating more chaos. Unfortunately, in the disorder, two of our luggages and the stroller were left behind. Aladin went back to the airport and returned with all of our belongings. We cannot thank him enough for saving the first night of our 3 weeks journey to Asia. Amazing driver with the kindest soul. But the hotel felt short compared to this experience. Hotel was not clean, the bathroom is falling apart, the bathtub is disgusting, I had to clean it everything before I let my daughter touches anything in the room. Disappointed and will not recommend this place to anyone.
