Great location and comfortable stay!
10.0 / 10.0
Almost everything
The smoke smells and the fact that you charge to have housekeeping change sheets plus that if I want clean sheets I have to make the bed myself.

Nothing I felt so unsafe that I left and didn't say the night
Everything but that stuff was nice

Location is so close to the airport and accommodation has very good connections to the city.
It said that the apartment has kitchen but you don’t have any dishes or any equipment for preparing the food. I mean you can rent it on a front desk but you need to pay extra for that which is the only thing I didn’t like here. Everything else was awesome!

It was close to the concert venue

Location to rosemont arena was hard to beat!
Hotel smells like weed from sun up to down. Never stops. No shampoo is embarrassing. Having to pay for a couple new towels is embarrassing. The amount of earwig bugs in the room every day is gross and embarrassing. Could not even get a cup or fork to eat or drink a cup of water. We will never be back. The fact that my child had to constantly smell weed was really sad. I guess there is not a no smoking policy in the hotel. Also if this was a residential hotel that should be posted from the get on the site. Price was great but you nickel and dime your customers to death. I should have just stayed at a more expensive hotel and I would have saved in the long run!

Location close to airport
Absolutely NOTHING in the room except bedding, towels and toilet paper. No hand or shower soap or shampoo. NO COFFEEMAKER.
No coffee or anything in lobby. Very limited front desk hours. Worst hotel stay I’ve ever had. $150 for a bed to sleep in and some towels. I’ll never stay at an Extended Stay America again.

Nothing. Was gross. I never checked in. Went to another hotel and you wouldn't refund me.
It was filthy and people hanging out in the lobby were wild. I never even checked in. Gates were down over checkin desk. I immediately left.

Staff was very nice, just was very expensive (lalapalooza weekend apparently) for a very run down hotel. Room was clean but smelt of musty cigarettes

too far from the airport; no transportation other than Uber or taxi

Clean room with a great kitchen (full-size fridge, microwave, as well as a built-in stove-top, and kitchen sink)! Great location and free parking! This was my 2nd time staying here, and both times the staff were not just hospitable but GENUINELY nice!

Pet friendly , air conditioning was on when I walked in the room
Shower wouldn’t get warm/hot another guest had to tell me where vending machines were located. Staff not readily available

Decent location; close to where I needed to be
The checkin was very confusing. The staff was rude. This is the first bad hotel review I've ever left. But I feel I should because nobody should stay at this "hotel".

I asked for simple thing to change my sheets and pillowcases cuz they was making me itch for 3 days and they didn't do it they kept telling me someone's coming up in a few minutes they wouldn't do it The manager and black American guy or so rude it was ridiculous there was a younger man there that told him that I called in for 3 days and still he didn't care he treats people like animals he should be fired
The building is convenience everything around it that's all not well maintained

We had a convenient and comfortable stay. The location is perfect to move around. Its accessible to everywhere, bus stop and train station and near the airport. If I had a great experience and a beautiful stay with them. Will surely recommend and book with them on my next visit.
If I am to suggest on how it can be better, since the rooms come with a kitchen, they should provide at least the basics like cookware and dining ware even just the basics. For travelers like me that came from different continent, it is impractical to get supplies like pans, etc because we will not be able to take it home afterwards. It will occupy so much in our luggage allowance when we fly back home. Another would be, at least they have a daily housekeeping that will ensure tidiness in our room and fresh towels. The sheets can be replaced every 3days not necessarily every day.

If you’re staying in Rosemont for a concert this is the perfect place, it is walking distance to the arena! The room is big enough for me with kitchen. The transport is convenient if you don’t have a car as it is in front of a bus stop.

CLEAN ROOM, HAVING A REF AND A MICROWAVE IS A PLUS AND OFF COURSE THE ELECTRIC STOVE IF YOU WANT TO COOK.. THERE'S ALSO A NEARBY PARK , SO IF YOU'RE BORED IT'S A GOOD PLACE FOR AN AM/PM WALK. WALKING DISTANCE (LIKE 10 MIN) FROM SEVERAL RESTO, TARGET AND ALL STATE ARENA. I JUST WISH THEY WOULD PROVIDE MORE THAN A BAR SOAP. OVER ALL ITS A GOOD PLACE.

The location was great. It was about a 10 minute walk to Allstate Arena. There is also a nice park less than 10 minute walk.
Right out the gate, it was hard to hear that they didn't have complimentary breakfast. I thought that was listed in the amenities. While it was disappointing, the hotel also had no up and running vending machines--they were all broken. My wife and I had no intention of waiting until 11am to check-out; we wanted to check- out much earlier because we had a 12 hr drive ahead of us. First, the front desk workers are there from 10am-10pm. There are no overnight staff working the desk. They told us if we needed anything to call the after hours line. I called at least 3 times and never got an answer. There was no signage or procedure listed anywhere in our room or in the lobby for how to handle early check-out. So, we felt stuck. We wanted to leave around 7am, but since there was no way to get in contact with anyone, we thought we had to wait to speak to someone in person at 10am. Luckily, we had the idea to just go ahead and put our stuff in the car around 9am. As we got to the lobby, my wife noticed out of the corner of her eye a little pile of room cards that seemed to be started impromptu by other guests who had similar plans to check-out early. Of course as mentioned before there was no signage or anything indicating that was the procedure. Better communication, actually having amenities, and being more available are the things we hoped from this experience--btw this is the first hotel in our last 4 concert trips and one major vacation to different cities LA, ATL, Charlotte, Raleigh, and Bangkok that hasn't had a coffee machine.

The heating/ac unit was a bit noisy even with Earplugs but as I stayed only a few nights it wasn't all that bad, just a bit uncomfortable as I am a light sleeper on most nights.
