The hotel always has rooms available, price is pretty good, I wish they switched their beds and couches they are pretty dirty, but for the rest, they give you the essentials in good condition.
The staff is very nice and understanding.
Location is good if you are flying for somewhere else to spend a few days because of how close is Ohare International Airport.
