It was close to the convention I was attending and it was cheaper than the rest of the hotels.
The hotel didn’t have WiFi even through it was listed it would. The staff tried to deny my stay when we arrived because there was on 1 person under 21 staying at the hotel while the rest of who was staying were over 21. We had driven 4 hours to arrive at this hotel and it was booked weeks in advance. There’s also no microwaves in the hotel just 1 downstairs. There was also no shampoo and conditioners. Just a single bar of soap. There’s no fridge in the hotel as well, you have to upgrade to get one.

Close to the airport and the bus stops were just outside the property and across the road, which was handy.
There was - NO WiFi - staff said it had been down for 2 MONTHS and no idea when it would be back on - call ahead and check before you book! Staff offered a refund but we had already paid and it was too late for us to find somewhere else that was suitable.

I always stay here when I visit Chicago. Free parking, lobby coffee, good rooms, and the Korner House right around the corner is a great place to eat and open 'til 3am.

Location and the two guys at the front desk. Not the woman because she was very rude & unprofessional
Unfortunately at this stay my room had roaches, the beds were very uncomfortable/hard, the front desk lady was rude, the elevator was dirty and it was a bit loud.

decently close to a lot of locations we wanted to check out. Lou Malnati's, Portillo's, Lincoln Hall, & Wildberry. Pretty nice place overall, I'd personally go there again.
I felt like the man at the front desk was either presumptive or kinda discriminating. He seemed surprised that my brother & I were sharing a one-bed room, but I was taking the floor & my brother had the bed. Kinda made the whole experience more "walkingg on eeggshells" Was this guy anti-gay? Will he be pissed off if he knew I was sleeping on the floor?

Bedbugs, and a lot of them. They knew as well. I tried to get a refund and they wanted to just put me in a different room. He shrugged off the fact that there were bedbugs. Disgusting.

Good price near the airport. Clean, simple. Great for a short stay.
Adding in the price of an uber I might e found somewhere closer at a higher price but perhaps better value.

Room Reservation held the two rooms for me
Lady that works afternoons was one of the rudest people we have ever met. She should really be told to go get a job somewhere that does not involve people.

Check in help.
There were no toileteries in the room. They did not provide any even after asking.
Towels were limited and very small. Not at all worth for what has been charged!

Properly was smelling so bad. My flight was delayed from BOS, so I missed the connecting flight. I was not qualified for hotel through airline because the delay was due to weather. So I paid a last minute premium price to book this hotel. Then when I landed in ORD, I was stuck at the airport because of air traffic ( the flight I came in didn’t get an open gate for 45 minutes ). I ordered some uber eats before the restaurants close. But food was arriving before I get to the hotel. So I called the front desk to request to hold it for me. But I was surprised to hear that I don’t have a booking. He left me on hold for like 20 minutes and hung up on me. I called back and after so many questions and confronting him with my confirmed booking number he said “yeah, you have a booking”. I paid $242 while there regular rate is $50 - 60. Motel smelled so bad and didn’t seem clean at all. Most of the flights were delayed, so lots of passengers missed their connecting flights, and I am pretty sure he was trying to sell my room to an even more higher price for someone else because most of the hotels I checked were sold out. It’s ok place to stay for $50 - 60 value not a penny than that. You would rather sleep on the street.

From check in till we checked out, staff was friendly & helped us. The location was good. I thought it would be louder as we were close to O’Hare but it was quiet
They have tried to update it but when the flooring in the elevator& o front of it is held down by tape, you didn’t get a great job done.
First night, I had something on my foot & when I went to brush it off, it stuck to my hand. Nothing like a mystery toenail to make you want to shower AGAIN!
The shower head is not made for anyone over 5’3”. You have to bend over to wash your hair or face. The water pressure wasn’t bad but that doesn’t help the fact of the shortness.
The thing that set it off was on the morning of the 3rd day, a cockroach was hanging out with us. I killed it & buried it at sea (toilet). Later that day, there was another one in a closed box of donuts we had. Needless to say, the trash was put out that night even though it was empty.
I picked this place to be economic but that doesn’t mean I’m going to settle for this type of gross.

It is close to the airport and the Filipino girl at the desk was extremely nice and helpful.
The neighborhood is questionable. Although the lobby looked somewhat nice, the room smelled like alcohol that had been cleaned up a month ago and left stale after people had smoked crack in it for the last decade. The smoke and smelliness of the room was absolutely disgusting. The beds were unbelievable garbage. The mattress was so bouncy you could use it for a trampoline. Overall, I would never ever stay there again and the place is putrid and disgusting. Unsavory characters were in and out of the place. Fortunately, we survived. Never go there again. Stay away!

The staff are very responsive and Room prices are reasonable. I also like that there was no pet fee for bringing our cat
The bed was unfortunately very uncomfortable, and we couldn't imagine ourselves staying there a week. The bathroom was tiny and felt cramped. Sadly the room also didn't have a fridge and microwave, which was our fault for not checking. For a king room, we expected better.
