Just looking for somewhere to slerp and shower, this place works. Hot tub hasnt worked for years, no coffeemaket in room, breakfast is minimal.

met my needs. nice having continental breakfast there, a big reason why i chose the hotel. along with proximity to my preferred destinations such as the Chicago Wolves hockey games- and the CTA park and ride- in Rosemont. in addition to hockey, i was in town for a historian convention.

The staff members were all very friendly and helpful, and the checkin and shuttle were easy to access. I am not sure I would stay here again due to the overall cleanliness of the building. The linens and surfaces in the room were generally clean, but the building is clearly old, has a musty smell, and there was some mold in the bathroom.

Room was in good condition and very clean. Had to wait for more than 1 hr for the shuttle at the airport. They said to call, but you should consider to communicate via WhatsApp...we are from abroad and were not able to call. There are no pay phones at the airport. We had to ask a stranger to give a call. The front desk lady was not very amicable, nor were the drivers of both shuttles we used. We did not have a chance to use the amenities, so cannot give feedback. Guests should be advised that the shuttle from hotel to the airport has a determined schedule.
