I was pleasantly surprised. This hotel had a very warm welcome and courteous desk coverage both evening and morning. They offer reliable airport shuttle, warm or cold breakfast, a pool (usually spa too), exercise room, clean spacious rooms with mini fridge and microwave.

Was amazing as always. This is my go to spot when staying in/near Rosemont. I see concerts at Allstate arena often and this place never fails. Staff is friendly and quick. Room is clean however it does have a slight odor.

I kept getting calls and text from the hotel asking me what time I was I'm going to check in and Threatening to cancel my reservations. I called the hotel to let them know exactly what time I was going to check in and they kept calling. The hotel was a little outdated.

Tbe catpets in the halls and elevator were stained everywhere. The vending machine on the second floor didn't work. I woke up in the moddle of the night with very low blood sugar, decided to go grab a soda. Had to go all the way to the elevator to the first floor, go through the e tore hotel to get to the vending machine near check in. There is no where enough room in the breakfast area. There were 3 of us. I made 3 waffles and brought them to the room for the others. There wasnt even room to stand in that area. All the bread and muffins etc was gone just after 9 am. We ate breakfast out the second morning. There was mold on the ceiling in our bathroom and the bathroom door's top hinge didn't even have screws in it. The cleaning crew were amazingly friendly and helpful.

Outdated property. Not clean at all. Bed covers stained. Carpet especially in corridors stained and very dirty and old. The whole place needs to be updated and cleaned. Sink not in bathroom. Very noisy! A/C kept up up all night. Also a lot of road noise. Breakfast not very good and extremely limited. Staff also not very friendly. Do not recommend.

There was NOTHING to like! MOLD in the bathroom, carpet had a huge hole you could see the plywood, A/C did not work. I have pictures to show of the mold and floor. I WANT A REFUND.

This place is located in a great spot. If you have a vehicle there is so much to do within 15 minutes. It may be a half hour to an hour to get to the city, depending on traffic. The staff is wonderful and extremely accommodating. I had a mixup on my dates and they communicated with Expedia to clear things up. The rooms are nice and they have an airport shuttle.

It's a Super 8 motel. I don't expect spectacular, but how did this place get good reviews? I have no idea. My partner and I were traveling with a 6yo. We were placed on the 1st floor and closest to one of the exit doors (God knows why). People were coming in and out, and the door would slam shut so loudly. My partner had terrible sleep. Breakfast was sad. The room was slightly musty and muggy. I brought a Palo Santos to burn to cleanse the air of the space, just in case, and that came in handy. Overall, the rooms weren't dirty, but the hallway walls and carpet could use a thorough cleaning. The pillows were small, but they were decent and comfortable. Only good thing is that the bed was comfy. The hot tub was also closed off and the fitness room was hard to find. I think $104 for a king bed is overpriced. Spend a little more and stay somewhere else. 1.5-star top.

The room was ok but the location is far away with nothing around. If you "miss" the airport shuttle, uber is more than thirty dollars. The supposed breakfast is minimal and ends at 9a.

The room was not bad the beds were clean but the floor was not clean , was sticky the bathroom was ok . No cleaning service in the room , I’ve stayed in other motel and they do clean specially if I stay more then two days … the carpet in the holdsays was not clean ..
