nice and clean... Location is good.

I stayed at the hotel for one night and I was little confused that I had to pay for parking $30 and i didn't have any other choice or anywhere else to park ( expet the comon parking and i was told it may be towed) so I didnt have a choice parking for one night should be part of the room fees.. Thanks

Highly overpriced. Shuttle pickup at airport is terrible, waited 45 minutes! It’s a 10 minute drive to hotel. Restaurant overpriced. Typical Chicago indifferent service.

Most of the staff spoke Spanish and this was very helpful for us.

I checked in late at night and the night.Staff were super nice and friendly when I woke up at 5 in the morning to leave the morning staff at 5 with super.Rude, the lady that cooked breakfast.She was worse.I don't recommend it nobody because of the morning staff

They didn't have a shuttle and we had to get a ride with crazy Middle Eastern immigrant trying to rip off on Fair (meter running)while driving crazy to the hotel. Didn't scare us we off-road you he could put all the date power in the motor wouldn't phases us! The good thing is they reimburse rides from the airport with no shuttle and pay you on the spot.

I like the shuttle bus however I suggest sending the shuttle location information at the airport upon reservation because it was not easy to find the location. The staff . I would like to thank EMILDA for her assistance. Every time we asked for a ride, she ensured someone is there on time for us and also for the return.

The food in the restaurant is good, although it seems overpriced. The layout of the room was good and the shower was very good. Beds were quite good as well.

We were not able to use the Shuttle service. It was not running when we left the hotel due to a driver being off. This is the second stay where that was an issue. Also, better information on your website as to the availability of the shuttle service, terminal availability for pickup and times running, would be helpful.

Convenient location near O'Hare and restaurant options. Despite busy location, room was very quiet and comfortable.

Well appointed room with a comfortable king sized bed. Near the airport, airport shuttle included.

No extractor fan in the bathroom. Very strong perfume in foyer on arrival plus too loud lounge singer made the foyer uninhabitable for me.

The brilliant night reception staff above anything!!! Our evening flight was delayed several hours, cancelled in the end with no information on when it would be rescheduled. There were no hotels available ANYWHERE that night, not even DT Chicago, but I kept hitting refresh on my booking.com app. We had already driven 5 hours, been in the airport waiting 6 hours with my 2 toddlers. Beyond exhausted when 1am rolled around. Somehow this hotel came up and I just booked as fast as I could and it was even confirmed by Booking. My husband, 2 kids, and 7 hand luggage items left the airport and at arrived at the hotel. I believe my first words to the staff when I approached the desk were ‘Please God, tell me I actually have a reservation.’ Their calm response was ‘Unfortunately no…..but we are contacting guests who haven’t checked in yet (I.e. it’s now about 1:30am) to see if they are still coming. But please have a rest and we’ll see what we can do.’ I sat down and started crying from pure exhaustion and wondering what the hell might happen if we got turned away and back to sleep on the cold airport floor. The kids kept saying ‘they’re hungry’ and we couldn’t find food anywhere but the sweets we’d purchased as gifts. But the reception staff saw this and offered and rest of their delivered pizza. Our kids were so happy and these 2 staff members really took the best care of us with giving us food and delivering g us amazing news that they managed to find someone who wasn’t checking in any longer that room was ours!! I needed to tell this story to say to these 2 night reception staff who were working on Sunday 21 July around 1am, ‘God bless you both. Thank you SO much for your compassion and looking out for our family. You made us feel safe and well looked after. Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU!!

I love the decoration, nice modern style. I like the shuttle to the outlet. The late check out idea was excellent. They have a price for check out at 1300 , at 1400 and so on. Not too many hotels have this flexibility.

Only few restaurants around the areas.No one helped me with the language. I had to pull them all by myself.

only one amenity in the bathroom - a very tiny bottle of lotion- but it was empty! plus we waited over 45 minutes for the shuttle driver to pick us up at the airport- and the hotel is only 8 minutes away!

The restaurant meal was incredible, the room was clean and tidy and larger than I was expecting. Shuttle service was great although they wouldn't pick up from the international terminal at the time I arrived.

Information was all online (nothing printed in the room that i could find), which wasn't working once I managed to connect to the WiFi (as an international traveller my roaming doesn't always work and costs too much) so couldn't get stuff delivered to my room and had to go down to the restaurant (good thing the meal was so good).

Just a minor point is the breakfast choices and amenities in the room are pretty minimal. But really this is not anything which would deter me from staying at this property again.

The hotel is excellent as well as the customer service. The only issue was with Booking.com The picture and description of the room does not match the actual room for the price listed. This was not the fault of the hotel and they gave us a free breakfast.

I enjoyed every aspect.

Efficient, easy, organized and comfortable. Staff helpful and present. Loved Starbucks to the room and the shuttle bus ready to go and the driver helpful and lovely.

A pretty standard airport hotel, small rooms - nothing special and nothing to make us return. For shoppers however, it is right beside the Chicago Outlets Mall. The shuttle bus will run you there if it is available, and there is a free-of-charge Rosemont bus outside the mall for your return if the shuttle is away at the airport.

The shuttle bus was patchy. There is just one, and it is not always available. The long open bar is in the lobby, so it's not cozy or relaxing. I felt that the price for what is on offer is high, probably because it is close to the airport. That said, there are many other offerings in the area, and I feel this hotel is overhyped as being trendy when it is pretty standard, apart from the cool zebra-colored figures in the lobby. I chose this hotel thinking it would be better than it was. It was by no means bad, but next time I will choose one of the other less expensive options. One last note, on checking out, we were told that our bill would be sent by email (needed for expenses). It wasn't mailed, and when I called to ask for a copy I was told that since I booked with booking.com, they could not mail it to me, I had to request it from booking.com.
