Nice, outdated rooms but conveniently located

Location was excellent and convenient to walk to the convention center and surrounding restaurants.

The parking lot does not connect to hotel so you have to walk outside through the parking tower to get to entrance

Very enjoyable hotel to stay at and very convenient to local shopping and entertainment.

Comfortable and ideal for convention center across

The location to Stevenson convention center is ideal. Across the street. The room size is great like most Chicago rooms. Check in and out was fast and easy

Breakfast was expensive and variety was minimal. Couldn't log in to wifi either. Made it too complicated. I didn't try to call the reception though as I didn't have time

Staff at the front desk were incredible. Very professional and friendly. The environment of the hotel in general is awesome. Beautiful facilities, fancy and clean room with a nice view of the Rosemont Theatre and surrounding areas. Breakfast was delicious with lots of options, including fresh fruit and Starbucks coffee!

The pool was quite dirty with pieces of tape and other materials floating around. We were looking forward to using the pool so that was disappointing. Otherwise, no complaints!

Very pleasant and comfortable stay

Stayed overnight as had a flight out the next day. Spent a a few hours playing cards in the bar/restaurant. Wonderful very friendly staff and the pizza was really excellent.

No shuttle to terminal 5. Drop off is at bus station at Terminal 2. My wife is in a wheelchair and getting to terminal 5 from 2 would be difficult. Took a taxi instead,

It was a short stay one night but was a good stay!

Perfect spot right next to rosemont theater for concerts, lots of food options nearby so honestly a great location, prices weren’t too bad for the hotel itself

Waste of $209.76

Breakfast was excellent and the only time we were able to spend time together. We had 2 conjoined rooms for 4 of us but one room was hot and staff didn't fix the air conditioning issue so 2 of us had to move down 2 floors at 9pm at night because we were unable to got comfortable and sleep in a room that fluctuated between 75 and 78 degrees all day until we finally got a new room for half our family

non working air conditioner, having to repack up call of our clothes, luggage , drinks and move down 2 floors. So half my family was on floor 5 and half on floor 3

Over all wonderful stay.

Location is amazing for a conference at Donald E Stevens and Rosemont theatre. Love that they provide filtered water by the ice machines!

Not sure if CaddyShack restaurant is considered part of the hotel, but the service in there definitely lacked finess! Waited nearly an hour for food one afternoon, then later in the evening went in for a nightcap and it was like pulling teeth to get service. One bartender stood and talked with two other customers non stop. We had to keep asking for service, rather than him taking care of us!!

Overpriced.

Airport shuttle every 30 minutes is handy, although it resumes in the morning too late for people catching early morning flights.

This hotel was simply "ok." Very overpriced for a tired, run down, small room. The phone in the bedroom was faulty and there was no way to contact the staff at the font desk. For what we paid (almost $300), we expected more. We intentionally did not go for the cheaper options but now wish we had as I imagine the quality would have been the same.

Overall, it was a wonderful stay that weekend and would like to return.

The location is very well placed near the CTA L station whenever I needed to go into the city

The only two dislikes are no free breakfast (no microwave in room) and the elevator situation on Saturday morning the 21st having to wait almost 20 minutes for an elevator so I had to walk down 5 flights (thank God I was on the fifth floor).

I went to a concert at Rosemont theater and the hotel was across the street.

I wish there were complimentary bottle of waters in the room. They did have a water bottle dispenser in the vending machines but it stopped working.

The bed was not up to standards .I slept in it alone and it was like s sling it sloped. Should of been a firmer mattress. Maybe it's time to replace it .
