Room was clean, wonderful view of the airport and sun set on the 12th floor. King bed was very comfy and linens were clean. Tv had Netflix on it which was wonderful to watch Stranger Things after our event.

Very stylish and clean room and bathroom. Bed, pillows and comforter were very good quality and quite comfortable. Airport shuttle takes 10-25 minutes, runs every 15 minutes 24x7 and the drivers are very nice.

Great hotel! Convenient transport to O’Hare every 15 minutes. Comfy beds. I love the ability to control the TV from your phone. Only slight beef is the lack of a shower door. This is becoming really common and I’m personally not a fan. I get that it prevents mold and makes it easy to clean but wowza! is it cold in the morning! Also as a woman with long hair, I don’t want to wash it every day and the rainfall shower makes it more difficult to avoid getting hair drenches, necessitating leaning away and, leaning away when there is no shower door? Brrrrr… All that said I would book this hotel again. I’ve stayed here several times. I love this hotel and its convenient location (boom! right to the airport!). I love a luxurious hotel experience and this is solid for the Rosemont area.

Our stay at the Loews was just ok. We have been coming here a number of years to check out the concerts and it's definitely not the Loews of the past. There should still be a bar by the concert venue and the tables inside the concert hall was nice. The chairs lined up behind each other vs lining them up in between each seat for better viewing. The room was ok however microwave in each room s/b standard. In the future we will definitely be checking out other hotels when we attend concerts here or the promoters need a better venue(sound and lighting was a challenge). past. We should hould not have to walk

Room, early check in was great, but the departure experience left me disappointed. My husband and I wanted to take the 6:45 AM shuttle to the airport, however, the moment we told the driver we were flying out with Delta in terminal 5, he told us that it would take him half an hour to get there and we should take the train instead. We do not live in the Rosemont/O’Hare area. We are not familiar with train and bus schedules. It was raining. Instead of taking a shuttle with a driver who obviously did not want us on board, or trying to figure out where the train is or how to get there, I paid $20~ for an Uber driver to get us to terminal 5 in under six minutes. I picked Loews O’Hare over other hotels because of the convenience of the complimentary airport shuttle. I’m disappointed in my experience to say the least.
