What we enjoyed the most was the staff in the dining room for both dinner and breakfast. They were so pleasant it made our night and morning. The drinks and food were great too.

Staff was great and they brought up a fridge when we asked. Very nice hotel but there was no temperature control in the room and it got very hot even in October.

Good hotel close to airport, with free airport shuttle, 7-10 min away. Quite convenient

From shuttle pick up late at the aiport to seamless arrival and check in, rhe room was clean, presentable and staff was friendly and welcoming.
If we end up in Chicago for a stat again, we are coming back here!
