If you want to stay near O'Hare

This hotel is very close to O'Hare, which is super helpful if you happen to oversleep and miss the hotel shuttle to the airport...🥴

I was only there for a few hours; delayed arrival due to bad weather, then I had to return to the airport only a few short hours later to continue my journey home. The front desk staff was welcoming and friendly. My bed was comfortable. That's about all I had time to experience.

A perfect way to end a hard day of travel.

Classy, with important features thought through carefully. Special callout for the courtesy van arrangement and the drivers, both morning and evening. They were helpful, and true gentlemen.

I had to report the smell of cigarette smoke in my room as one of the other guests somewhere was breaking the rules. They offered me a replacement room but as it was my last night I just put up with it to save them the trouble

Did not have a pleasing stay.

Their drivers are rude. We scheduled our shuttle ride to the airport and we were left behind but the ones that did not schedule were able to go. One diver was talking to me while he was smoking. Our towels were stacked together on the top shelf in the bathroom and some were not even folded nicely. No complimentary water. You can buy it for $4/bottle.

Good hotel, but there is something to improve

The hotel is so new that the TV is not even connected to the antenna. Friendly staff at the reception. There are always snacks and drinks downstairs. There is a transfer to the airport.

The staff on the floor talks very loudly when cleaning the neighboring rooms, I had to make a remark. They can knock on the room even though there is a sign not to disturb!

I did wait 75 min. for the shuttle to pick me up at O'Hare arrivals. No explanation given. I saw many other hotel shuttles come multiple times while I waited for the one from this hotel and then I was lucky to get a seat in a completely full and crammed in van. Luckily the morning shuttle (5:30 a.m.) was on time and easy.

Quick stopover on our way home was way nicer than anticipated!

Left too early for breakfast, but did have a small snack upon arrival at Land and Lake. Very nice staff. Good food. A perfect stop for the day of travel we'd had!

Very weird comment: Our shower had two bottles of hair conditioner and one of body wash, but no shampoo! Aside from that, the room was clean and neat and functional for our needs.

Not worth the money

Location to airport

Bathroom wasn’t stocked. No Kleenex in the Kleenex dispenser. No lotion. One small bar of soap. Husband had to put drain grate back in the shower so we could use the shower because it was just left standing up in the shower. The iron was old and didn’t work that great. No dirty linen bag in linen closet. Not the cleanest.
