Everyone was super friendly, especially during a busy day with multiple people coming to seek a room for the night after many flight cancellations. The whole team at holiday inn worked hard and quickly to get everything ready in timely manner for their guests, I would stay here again.

No breakfast. Coffee shop while open, wasn't manned. No warning that there are 3 holiday inns, even in same neighborhood. No advice on where to catch the shuttle.

Friendly staff. Both shuttle driver and front desk worker were friendly and helpful
Had to switch rooms as the first had a broken sink faucet and tub drain plug. Minor inconvenience but worth mentioning. Also in room coffee maker was barely usable, no bags in any of the garbage cans and was very noisy from airport traffic which was expected to some extent but more and louder than would had guessed.
