The property looks tired and needs a remodel. Everything from carpet to furniture to grout in bathroom was tired and stained. It was clean but needed updating.

From check-in to check-out, this Hotel exceeded our expectations!

Our reservation was for the 1 bedroom suite. Upon check-in we were upgraded to a 2 bedroom suite! At no additional cost!!

Great short stay for our little family of 3

The property was close to the Allstate Arena, the main motive for our stay, but we also enjoyed the surrounding restaurants and stores. The front desk was very friendly as we checked in at night. And we really liked how the extend breakfast on weekends until 10am since we had a late drive and was able to sleep in and still get breakfast.

If all things are working, it's a good property.

Room starting to wear down. Drain in shower did not work and tub filled with water. A used washrag was found in the sofa bed when pulled out. Had to go ask for sheets as they were not stocked for the sofa bed. Were initially given a key to an occupied room and disturbed another guest.

I got wrong room with no full kitchen no big living room no fire place small tv in living room not what i booked found few bed bugs in one of the two bedrooms in the bed so ended up closing off that room basically with a one bed bedroom to use threw out most our belongings after I left to be sure not to bring any bugs of what was there with us so that was a loss aswell

Clean, quiet, and well located

I really enjoyed my stay! Great location – very close to the airport and Target. The free shuttle service to and from the airport was super convenient. Despite being near the airport, the room was very quiet – I could hardly hear any noise. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Everything was clean, and the room was comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

The only small downside was that the pool was temporarily out of service, which was a bit disappointing. Also, I had to wait a little longer than expected for the airport shuttle. However, overall, it didn’t affect my positive impression of the stay.

It was the worst hotel stay I have ever had and will not stay here again.

The location was good, located close to shopping and activities.

The 1st room we were given was nasty. The couch was stained, it smelled like mildew, the ceiling was about to fall in, and it was horrible. They moved us to a different room that was better, but was not cleaned completely after the last guest. It had hair all in the bathroom floor. We checked in on Tuesday and had to ask for clean towels and trash bags on Thursday after being told our room would be cleaned. On Friday we had to set the dirty towels and trash out in the hallway for housekeeping to pick up. They finally did a full room clean on Saturday and Sunday and we checked out on Monday!! So a 6 night stay and our room was only cleaned 2 times.

I liked that it was central to stores and restaurants.

The room was hot we kept adjusting the thermostat for a cooler temperature, but we still did feel any relief. Also, there was moisture on the carpet and we weren’t sure where it came from. Lastly, we saw a few ants on the floor.

The proximity was perfect. I loved having a kitchenette.

The property needs a lot of upgrades. Carpets in the halls looked old and soiled. Night staff was slow to respond and supposedly did not have access to certain things after hours. The breakfast options were limited.

Nice and clean property...Large, cozy room with all amenities, located close to the airport. Their all day airport shuttle is a very good facility and reduced much of our travel stress..... Breakfast had adequate options and was complementary. The kitchenette had all the required things to cook a decent meal.

It's a convenient location for an overnight stay for an early morning flight the next day.

Convenient access to O'Hare airport and there is a shuttle bus service from Hotel to Airport. The bus driver is friendly and kind. Also, the male staff at check-out was very friendly and helpful.

Reception staff behavior when I checked-in was very bad. The service was slow, very arrogant, and her condescending attitude to me.

Good but not great.

No one bothered us. It was very quiet and peaceful. The free shuttle to the airport was a lifesaver for catching the blue line to go downtown.

Housekeeping never came our entire 5 night stay. I had to call twice for someone to bring us toilet paper. Once at 11am then we left for the day came back after 11pm still no toilet paper. After the 2nd call they did rush ot over.

Wanted to enjoy the city of Chicago on a budget and this hotel delivered.

I loved the size of the suite and how clean it was. It felt safe and the location of this hotel is perfect as it was close to everything I was looking for. There was a whole fridge and microwave and oven with some plates and utensils.

Only super super small complaint is wish the TV’s had more streaming options.

Love that the staff is friendly and knowing I’ve got to work provided me with a quiet room. She also know that my kids are going to concert so she also provided them with the room facing the concert hall where they were so excited to be able to view the coming and going.

This property and the staff make for a wonderful traveling experience.

If you are going to an event at the All state Arena this is the place to stay as it is just a few minutes to walk there. The location is quiet with free shuttle service from the airport and lots of eating choices just across from the property. The room was so clean and spacious and the curtains completely close over the windows making for a fantastic night sleep along with the very comfy bed. The complimentary breakfast offered plenty of choices. Last but not least, the staff are all so friendly and helpful and kind! Can't wait for the next trip so I can stay here again!
