I've stayed in better, but this was pretty decent, I'd stay again!

Very hot water, clean room, clean floors, lobby was nice, smelled nice, facilities were taken care of, good location to everything in OC, dog friendly, grassy areas to walk your pups, nice pool.

VERY low water pressure, toilet barely flushed, front desk only had 1 person on duty so when several people are in line for help it takes forever, breakfast is mediocre and they serve the same items everyday.

Horrible experience

Location and shuttle to Disneyland

The room I booked wasn’t available and didn’t receive comparable room. Didn’t receive word from management for weeks, despite my attempts. They finally responded and said Bookings has to provide compensation. They then offered me points which is “for one free night” when it wasn’t. I have yet to find a night that the points will cover and I’ve yet to hear back from Booking.

I liked that it was relatively close to Disney. We liked the included breakfast.

The elevator was boarded up. The hallways were in need of repair. Lots of dings and paint missing. Paying to park is ridiculous. I have already paid a high fee for staying. Parking should just be pass for those staying. Not enough washer and dryers. Rooms are not refreshed with towels. Had to call multiple times

It was a decent stay fora short trip to Disney and for the price you pay. We would stay again.

We really liked the location of the hotel. It was close enough to Disney to where you can get to the parks quickly by driving or ubering, but it was still far enough away to stay clear of all the Disney foot traffic and chaos. Which made it very peaceful and quiet at night. The staff was very friendly and helpful when we had questions. Our room was very clean and the beds were comfy. The breakfast was great to have available so early in the morning especially when all we wanted was a quick bite so we can hit the parks early for rope drop.

We did not like how small the restroom area was which would be no big deal for 1 or 2 travelers, but for a big family I would suggest bringing a traveling mirror and timing when people should be getting ready because the small area made it challenging for 2 people to wash up and get ready at the same time. We also didn’t like that they charge daily for parking which was not stated when booking the room. We know some places do charge for parking but they usually announce it on their booking page. We don’t like hidden fees and feel like this is something that should be stated on their booking page so people can really decide if they can also budget in the parking fees. We did not like the watery eggs and cold potatoes on one of our days. The first day we had breakfast everything was good and fresh but the 2nd day we had breakfast the eggs were watery which indicated they are probably powdered eggs and the potatoes were cold and stale. So their breakfast consistency is a little off.

Rooms were nice. Not new. But in good condition Breakfast was great. Lots to choose from

Wasn’t happy with their tradesman starting work before 8 am in the room above us. Couldn’t sleep in. Lots of drilling They advertise a Disneyland shuttle service. I know this is from a bus company and not through the hotel. The buses never stick to a schedule so you don’t know when they are turning up. Very frustrating

Elevator breaking while we were in it is what ruined the whole trip

The price was good. The location was what we needed.

The elevator broke while my family was in it. Myself and my pregnant daughter at panic attacks afterwards. Staff was very nonchalant about the situation.

Our favorite place to stay for visiting Disneyland. The two bedroom suites are worth distance.

I love the two bedroom suites. It makes traveling with our family so much less stressful! The kitchen is nice to have, even for short stays. We had a grocery delivery made and the front desk was super accommodating.

Breakfast got put away super fast. It would have been nice for there to be coffee creamer and such available through the end of the breakfast time. The shuttle (no hotel owned) was rather unpredictable on what time it would arrive. It always did, it was just a little stressful not knowing if we had just missed it or it was late.

They were always ready to help with a smile, responded promptly to requests, and paid close attention to every detail to ensure a comfortable experience. Their genuine care and professionalism made a lasting impression.

I was disappointed to find that the curtains were noticeably dirty, which affected the overall cleanliness of the room. Additionally, discovering a bug in the bed was quite unsettling and raised concerns about hygiene. I hope these issues can be addressed promptly to improve the experience for future guests.

My room was great and clean and it had a little dedicated desk area that was useful for me. The outdoor table was pretty chill and quiet. I like that they had breakfast they had everything.

Room was not clean, trash in the couch and stains on rug and curtains. Couch had holes in it and carpet had serious wear. Shower door was unclean, you could see water spots from the last user.

Convenient location but no housekeeping.

Close to disneyland, ART stop is right next to the hotel. Breakfast included which is convenient especially when you want to leave early for disneyland.

We stayed there for 5 days and no housekeeping at all despite asking the staff few times. Pots and pans were missing from the kitchen and we had to ask staff to provide it.

Nice place for Families

You can catch a bus to Disneyland and they're dog friendly and have a breakfast buffet every morning. Swimming pool was great and so was the hot tub

Generally me an my family like our stay in Sonesta.

The location is good closer to Disney land and quite, and the swimming pool and the hot tub are great, it’s green area is good to get fresh Air. The receptionist, Citadel is super.

My item delivered by Walmart was received by the hotel and registered, but I wonder how some of the receptionists couldn’t trace it finally after I bought another one the item is located in the store after 2 days.

Breakfast needs more protein, = ham, Bacon, sausages. The sofá in our room was very old and uncomfortable and parking should be free for tenants.

The room was very spacious. Everyone had a place to sleep. Very convenient with the two bathrooms. No one had to wait to long to use the bathroom. The kitchen had enough space for everyone.

I need it at least two more chairs to sit when having dinner. I didn’t like that I have to take my own trash, towels and vacuum the suite. There was no housekeeping and we had to clean the room. I felt that I was not in vacation.

The suite with 2 bathrooms and 2 separate bedrooms was perfect for my family of 6. The location was very convenient. Close to Disneyland, restaurants, and the Orange Outlets mall.

Breakfast doesn't have many options, and it tested like frozen food. The carpet in the room was dirty. The hallways were dirty, too.

it was in a very nice area and I loved the exterior dwelling areas.

There was mold in our restroom and anytime you showered tons of water would leak out the shower and the pipes made a really loud noise when the water was running! my son got hurt when he was trying to get off the sofa couch, he hit his head on one of the end tables they had in the room.
