Hotel was alright but didn’t have a good view

Terrible view for being so close to Disneyland . Also the bar no one ever helped us despite waiting yet we saw them help others so i thought that was rude.

Wonderful!!!

Staff was amazing! Staff was well knowledgeable, accommodating, kind, responsive, and housekeeping was FANTASTIC!!! The facilities are great! Loved the pools and games they have out! Love the little sitting sections with tvs. I love that NO PETS are Allowed!!! Parking availability is okay but parking spots are very narrow and tight so it’s hard to park late at night with SUV’s.

Our all the stay was decent. A bit over priced for the lack of amenities.

The breakfast was beautifully made and tasted very good.

The beds were a bit hard. I did not like at all that I had to pull out my key card every time I got into the elevator. I understand it was probably for security purposes, but still annoying. My kids and I were super bummed that the pool and jacuzzi were closed. Was one of the main reasons we booked in the first place. Also wanted to add that most places have complimentary breakfast and you guys didn’t. Just gave a voucher for $40 off. That alone I won’t be booking again.

The place was clean.

They were doing some type of production at the hotel. Which caused an inconvenience with the restaurant. One of the elevators was not in use, and the staff in my opinion was not very friendly then we weren’t notified that there was a $30 parking fee each night.

Amazing, clean, and friendly staff!

Literally everything! The staff was so amazing and accommodating. My husband and I actually were checked into a different hotel but after about an hour we immediately had to check out due to the lack of cleanliness and comfort. when we found a room available at Courtyard Marriot the staff was so kind and so awesome in making sure that we felt comfortable and cared for. The staff member, Travis, is excellent! He went out of our way to ensure that we felt taken care of!

Great good neighbor hotel

Arrived at the hotel at 6:00am, and was able to have the front desk hold my luggage while I was at Disneyland all day. Property overall very clean. Loved all of the Halloween decorations. Overall not too pricey to stay as well

No free breakfast like other good neighbor hotels. Far walk to and from Disneyland. Didn’t realize there was another courtyard by Marriott on the opposite side and closer to Disneyland- probably would have been pricier to stay there. Thought we could walk from our hotel to the toy story parking lot close by to get to the park but they open too late for us and closed too early for us as we get there for rope drop and are there til the park closes

Best option around

Definitely location, everything was walking distance which made everything easier. Room was clean and comfortable. We loved the Halloween decorations, thought it was a nice touch during our stay.

Elevator felt interesting at times and the parking lot lights were also interesting, maybe a little bit more lighting during the night time would be a good idea.

Convenient location. 2nd stay this year.

We were stuck in the elevator for about 8 minutes. It didn’t move up or down. We rang the bell, pushed the buttons, finally had to call someone. We told some one that we were stuck and the elevator wouldn’t move or go up or down. Finally we got the door open. My daughter is already terrified of elevators and used the stairs the entire trip after that. When I called the Front Dest, the girl at Front Desk said, ‘Well, we haven’t had anyone tell us that today. We will tell the engineer’. We will try to do something for you. I couldn’t believe that was the response. She didn’t apologize, she didn’t ask any questions. I told her everything that happened and a timeline. They was a lack of concern because no one had reported anything until we told her. The lack of Hospitality and asking any open ended questions just was unbelievable. At Check out no one said anything or follow up on our visit. Nothing. We will not be back to this property.

Nice visit to Disneyland

Hotel location was excellent for our needs. Easy walking distance to Disneyland. The front desk staff was pleasant. Hotel lobby clean & welcoming. Our room was comfortable, clean & well appointed. We prepaid for the hotel when booking, so our rate was fantastic. No complaints!

I would never stay here again

The location is good and the beds are comfortable

Where do I start, our check-in process was awful. We were given very little information about the hotel. The staff neglected to tell us that there was a parking fee, they also failed to tell us that housekeeping only comes after three days lastly, although housekeeping never cleaned our rooms one of our rooms had items missing from it. Some of the front desk attendance were extremely rude.

Convenient to the location of my conference, and numerous other attractions.

Price was a little higher than expected. Easy check in, and friendly and helpful staff. I should have been more aware of my room assignment. I did not want to be placed right next to the elevator. Parking was relatively easy and convenient. Pool was not operational. Was not advised of that until check in.

Our keys weren’t working on a couple of their doors, such as the side door from the pool to the elevators, so it was a bit inconvenient having to walk to the front entrance every time we enter the building.
