This is our go-to hotel when visiting Disneyland, and we do that multiple times a year.

WE love the convenience of this hotel to Disneyland. And the short walk to the Toy Story parking lot. We also enjoy the free breakfast and the complimentary 24/7 coffee that is provided.

There is really nothing that I didn't like. With the exception of the check in time. 4 o'clock is pretty late, and since we are paying for a full day, I feel that it is only fair that we receive at least half a full day. So maybe consider moving it up to noon, or 1.

Overall good hotel

Convenient place ti stay if you planning a Disney land trip. You can walk 500 feet and catch a ride o the Pixar shuttle. Breakfast was great, and included in the room price!

It was very comfortable, nice size suite for my family.

Customer service was fantastic when we arrived. We came in early and check-in wasn’t till later. They were able to get us in a room early.

The bedding was too thin and wished for a thicker bedspread/duvet cover. It was too cold. I’d suggest to do thinker bedding in the winter and thin for warmer weather.

Just ok, but problems at this hotel

Good location. Walking distance to the convention center. The hotel is not great but it was ok for what I needed.

Broken heater and air, the room was freezing the whole stay. Broken safe, broken tv remotes. This place was in bad condition. Parking charge was outrageous.

Loved it, our new go to hotel for Disney trips

Everything was excellent. Clean, friendly, close to Toy Story parking lot, breakfast options, the pool/kiddie pool. They had a Wednesday night social with food and wine in the lobby and they showed movies on a projector down by the pool. My kids loved it!

Parking spaces are very small. My Honda Accord barely fit. Bigger SUV’s were parking over the lines, taking up two spaces, making it impossible to park next to them. But there was plenty of other parking available further down.

I booked a stay here due to its proximity to the Anaheim Convention Center and availability of family rooms with kitchens. And while both the location and large rooms were exactly as expected, my overall experience here has exceeded my expectations by miles! The staff are so friendly and accommodating, and the small amenities made our stay so amazing (especially the sundry and the 24/7 coffee station downstairs). I fully expected to just have a comfortable place to lay my head at night but instead found a home-away-from-home, which was so lovely. This place is truly a 10 out of 10 for me, and I would stay with them again in a heartbeat!

There's truly nothing here that I disliked! If I had to complain about anything, it's the lack of variety and options for the breakfast, but since it's free - who cares! Plus, there are so many other eateries just a few minutes' walk away, it's not much of an issue, to be honest.

Breakfast staff was slow to replace missing food. Most hotels will leave some of the drink fountains on a little past closing and they did not. Often if you didn’t have the hands to get everything at once, you’re out of luck on the drinks. The location of the hotel was awesome. It would be great if there were more than 2 washers and dryers.

The staff is awesome. The room was clean and nicely appointed. We needed an item, and it was brought to our room within 10 mins. The food is good with a wide variety (chia seed overnight and oat overnight cups), and good coffee/tea. The hotel is next to the Toy Story parking lot where we caught the tram to Disneyland. Bonus: you go thru the security check at this lot. Husband enjoyed the pool. We could see the fireworks from our room. We'd come back to this hotel.

Thinking. Hmmm. Cookie on our pillow?? = ). We were happy with everything. (OK. We didn't know we'd need a room key to leave the parking lot. Found out in time, but would be nice to understand this at check in.)

Unprofessional. Don’t return phone calls. We called about 3x immediately after our stay for $100 perfume left behind. Was told they “found” something but never called back. And when we called them again they said nothing was found. We’ve stayed here so many times and recommended family here tooo! Very disappointed.

Clean, comfortable, and close to toy story shuttles.

No fan in the bathroom, hair dryer was not very useful even at high speed. The coffee maker had hard water stains inside of it, so I had to buy instant coffee from Target and I boiled water in the pot they provided.

The stay was okay, it got the trip done.

Location was perfect. Had the amenities I was looking for.

Refrigerator was dirty. I had to clean it with clorox wipes. Shower had rusted stains coming down the shower wall. Bed sheets and pillow cases didn’t seem to clean as it had yellow stains on them. The fact part of the parking lot was closed for valet and valet had to be used.
