Disappointed in the staff

The hotel is beautiful and clean, but I was disappointed in the staff.

The fire alarm went off at midnight, we evacuated, but there was no staff anywhere. No one made sure we were ok or was even outside the building. We could see that the alarm was turned off so we went to the lobby, everyone there was going about their business. The staff wasn’t looking for us or even going about any kind of protocols for evacuation. We had to ask the desk clerk if we could return to our rooms and all they said was yes. No explanation, no concern for our safety.

Phenomenal.

soaking tub was excellent. it was such a delightful surprise to find the robe any other material than bottom shelf terry cloth. The room was quiet and the blackout curtains were very appreciated.

unlabeled k cups made it trying to enjoy the morning. More than one of each option would've been more complimentary. Ice machine was uncomfortably far from our suite.

We had a wonderfully relaxing stay!

The whole property is beautiful , clean and well maintained. Our room had a very large balcony with a table and four chairs plus a loveseat. Room service was scheduled the night before and delivered at our requested time for breakfast. The location is just a short walk to Downtown Disney.

Our favorite place to stay when going to Disneyland!

The lobby is so cool, clean and welcoming after a long travel day or long day at the parks. We also valeted our car and the valet staff treats you so well and welcoming. Front desk staff are very professional, friendly and efficient. The pool and jacuzzi was relaxing and a great amenity that we enjoyed. Our room on the 6th floor was spacious, clean and cool. Our beds were comfortable and we love the modern amenities. It's our favorite place to stay when going to Disneyland. We loved our stay at the Westin Anaheim.

We don't have much to complain about. There was nothing negative about our stay. If only the price would be lower we obviously would like to save, but you can see why it is at that price point. Nothing we didn't like honestly.

Amazing with some caveats

Very close to the park. Smells amazing. 24 hour room service. Very good housekeeping. Good staff.

Park view was more of a valet view. We want a specific layout we requested months ago and called again before checking in. Did not get it. Waited for 30 min to get our car from valet. For the price I’m paying the pool should stay open at least until 12.

Spectacular Space

As soon as we arrived, which was much earlier than checkin - they were able to get us into a room right away.

We didn't like that the bathroom had a clear shower with an open door to the toilet so only one of us can be in the bathroom at a time.
