Good stay however not as good as I thought it would be

It was where the convention. Was held and had easy access to laundromat since there wasn’t one on site and other food outlets.

I had to chase up enough towels and bedding for our room booking. Room was clearly not cleaned or checked as vape found was stuck in mattress of sofa bed. Had to wait right up until check in time before room ready l. However it wasn’t ready. Also for a room housing up to 6 people I felt there needed to be more towel hooks etc.

Good location. Large property so will have a larger groups using the facilities. Can lead to a crowd

Very convenient location. Plenty of onsite dinning amenities. Very comfortable rooms. All the staff we encountered were very helpful.

We picked a very busy weekend to stay as there were multiple large groups staying or using the hotel. Youth group and cheer competition plus a US Marine Ball made for a very loud and chaotic lobby area. Also there were guests being loud in the hallways throughout the nicght.

Convenient location but room comfort and cleanliness could be improved.

Staff was great and did the right thing when I addressed my issue with the cleanliness. Disneyland is less than a 10 minute walk, Starbucks is across the street, and CVS is next door. Perfect location. Room was spacious.

It’s newly remodeled and was comfortable and clean. The staff were so friendly and helpful.

The. Balcony carpet was pretty tore up. The price of a cocktail at the bar was also extremely high ($25).

Nice hotel but not worth the price tag.

The conference i attended was held at the Hiltons so it was convenient to stay here. Starbucks and small food court had nice food.

The room was around a 4 minute walk from the elevator to my room. Absolutely ridiculous. Wasnt convenient to quickly go to the room during the conference as the room was so far away from the lift. The shower was old school - step into the bath with a curtain No kettle, robe, slippers, spoons or bathroom ammenities

Dissapointing stay

Food was good

House keeping skip day 2 of our stay and sope ran out so we couldnt shower till we called for service. Also pool area was a dissapointment as we coudnt use the hot tub. They had 2 hot tubs but only one had hot water and was full of people and we didnt fit. We called and asked to turn on hot water but was never turned on. After a long day at desney and walking all day and night we where looking forward to relaxing at the hot tub but did not. Im very dissapointed.

First time stay

Friendly staff. Great location and a lot amenities inside the hotel. I enjoyed the welcome screen on the tv when I came into the room. However The Pixar Hotel does the same thing but says your Last Name & Family.

While more of a design flaw, even with color coded room plates, you can easily get lost getting to your room. And along the same concept, the towel hangers are inadequate for hanging your towels to dry in between shower times.

The location was good the staff was too.

House keeping was super bad they said they knocked on our door what they never did. The new sheets had stains. And the wifi didnt work at all for the whole trip.

Bad vacation

Took 2 hours to get to our room with a baby. The whole floor was loud with big fans we couldn't sleep. The ac was down as well and it was 90 degrees. I'm very upset never had a bad experience at any hilton this was horrible I will not recommend.

Close to convention center

Horrible staff. Bathroom doors do not lock/you can see through cracks on all sides. Pool and spa were closed. Indoor pool/spa were unbearable and couldn't be in the room for 5 minutes. Took 7 floors to find an ice machine that worked. Charged me for parking when I didn't park in the parking structure. Staff lied multiple times . Room did not match what was pictured on booking or hotel site.
