Very good stay

The hotel is just a couple of blocks' walk from Disneyland, and there's a 24/7 CVS nearby, which makes your stay very convenient. The receptionists are very friendly, the hotel is clean and tidy, and the breakfast area is well-organized, with separate sections that prevent overcrowding. It's also close to several restaurants.

Everything related to the hotel was perfect, except for the day we were leaving. We were waiting for our Uber, and when our driver arrived, he didn't park very well. The hotel security guard went from bad to worse, losing his patience with our Uber driver and began to belittle him, insulting him and making rude gestures. I felt that everything was perfect until this incident marred our stay. He could have simply explained to him nicely how to park in the designated spot, which wasn't even that big of a deal; he just didn't pull up close enough to the curb. Even so, it took us less than 3 minutes to get into the car. We were so quick because we only had two large suitcases, and those 3 minutes were enough for the guard to emotionally unload on the Uber driver. The guard was just starting his shift, so it's unlikely he was tired. He's simply a person who doesn't control his emotions or knows when to be polite. I believe that when you ask for things nicely and respectfully, everything is easier, and you have a better day. PS: It was January 1st, the 3 PM shift.

Location was great for visiting Disney. Front desk staff were lovely and extremely helpful as I had an issue with booking.com not passing on prepayment for the accommodation. We were always met with friendly smiles.

Minor issues with comfort but excellent location!

The location was excellent and made it really easy to get to Disneyland. It was super convenient to be so close to the park, and that part of the stay definitely met our expectations. Having breakfast available in the morning was also helpful, even if it wasn’t anything fancy.

We weren’t told about the remodeling on our floor, which led to a musty, unpleasant smell during our stay. The check-in process also needed improvement. The staff member didn’t mention anything about needing to place a parking slip in the dash or ask what kind of vehicle we had. We ended up with a tow notice on the car the next morning, which was really stressful, though thankfully it got resolved. Overall, the stay was okay, but there were a few issues that took away from the experience.

Walking distance to Disneyland, amazing breakfast and love the twinbeds in family rooms!

Great location (about 10-15 minutes walking to Disneyland), breakfast is included and there is great variety, and the bunkbeds for the kids (My kids loved them!). One can also see the Disney fireworks from the hotel (our room was facing the park but you can also go to 5th floor deck/pool area and see from there). Also, hotel is above CVS pharmacy with anything you might have forgotten, Disney souveniers, and snacks to take to Disney!

Unexpected parking fees because I relied on booking.com and didn't look at hotel main website so that was on me. Booking.com states that parking is $30 per day. However, it is about $41 daily parking. All hotels in this area will charge a parking rate so we understand. The parking garage was super safe and everything was close by that we never even moved out vehicle after checking in. We will definitely stay here again!

Good option to go Disneyland, but not amazing

Location, it’s really close to Disneyland, just a short walk. Space in the room was also good. There is a small gym that was enough for training during vacation and a swimming pool (didn’t have time for the pool)

Paid parking (40 USD), but apparently a standard practice in Anaheim. They clean the room every 2 days.

Not good for big families with special needs children

Hotel staff weren’t very nice. I have a large family of seven with five children two of them who are autistic within the first 30 minutes of arrival with security complaining they weren’t very accommodating with anything after spending six nights they couldn’t us have a hour late check out And were very rude and pushy it’s was a total bummer after spending so much time and money to be treated so rude!!

Absolutely horrible. I couldn't believe they were serving jail food to guests.

They kept changing my room. I received a call stating the hotel was overbooked, so I could not have the room I reserved. After back and forth calls for 2 hours at 11 p.m. I agreed to receiving 2 rooms for the price of 1. However when I got to the hotel, I was given 1 room that did not accommodate my family of 7. I was then moved yet again to a floor that smelled like poop. Pull out sofa was horrible to sleep on. Worst hotel experience ever.

Mickey waffles are always a huge hit and not a far walk from Disney.

Close to Disneyland and provides breakfast. I love that the bunk beds were big enough for big kids too and the whole family found a comfy place to sleep.

Could be a bit cleaner in the rooms and most outlets wouldn’t hold a charger so we had a hard time charging devices which was critical for a full day at Disneyland.

We stayed 2 nights and checked out the 3 morning and they weren’t going to send housekeeping to our room we had to ask them to send housekeeping that’s gross to me. And on top of that we were rudely awaken at 6am by strikers blowing horns and screaming

the time of closing. gym and pool opens to late closes to early .. got coffee before the start of breakfast and staff seem to have gotten bothered and turned the machine off after .. my wife wasn’t able to get her coffee
