The property is a good place for everyone. The price can be a little more than most but worth it in my opinion.

I’ve stayed here several times and never have I found the property dirty, inside or out. There certainly is some pride and coordination implemented in the property.

The breakfast is what it is- nothing special.

Closeness to Disneyland.

There should be a property resident guest residents free shuttle service bus to drop off property residents to Disneyland entrance on a regular time schedule daily. This would boost guest incentive to book the facility rather than using the Anaheim Transit. A property shuttle on regular hourly schedule that only cater to property guests would attract guests to book the facility. It was quite a walk to Disneyland. Some of the street stores cashiers and reps were not friendly to guests trying come back at night walking after the park closes.

Great location and friendly staff with clean spacious room

It’s about 15 mins away from Disneyland so easy access not just to Disney but to other places like CVS and restaurants too. Staff are nice and friendly even though we checked in earlier and checked out 6 in a morning. Facilities are overall clean so I never felt disappointed during our visit. Room is really spacious with two TVs. I was so comfortable staying at this property.

The only thing that I wished was to have more powerful shower head for our bathroom.

Location amazing just a 15 min walk to Disneyland. Super convenient pharmacy/everything store right underneath the hotel.

The room was fantastic but we were using the sofa bed which was uncomfortable. The other two beds were excellent though.

Wonderful Home Away From Home.

The hotel was a wonderful it was close to the parks, stores, and various of other places. We enjoyed the breakfast we were able to stay in the dining area or take it back to the room. The staff were friendly and always asking if we needed anything. We enjoyed our room as well. The separation of the bedroom and living was great to give the kids their separate space.

Hated the couch because it was slippery and not comfortable at all.

Clean. Cozy. Big room. Breakfast included.

Staff was not very helpful at the front counter. They didn't seem friendly or happy to work there. They might be too stressed. The Hyatt House across the street has better staff for the same quality of rooms. Too high a price for the treatment we got. Even the cleaning crew during breakfast seemed in a bad mood.

The rooms were amazing, the pool and spa is absolutely perfect along with the kids water park. Kids loved every second there. Easiest 10min walk to the park.

Close to Disney, amenities are good but front desk staff need some training

The size of the room and the cleanliness was really good. Large kitchen, washing up liquid provided as well as some tea bags and milk. The bathroom was clean and well maintained. The lobby area, bar area and breakfast area were clean and well maintained.

On checking in (at 10.30pm with a child who was tired) the person checking us in asked if I was from England (after hearing my accent) he then proceeded to ask if I had any candy from the UK. I said no and he then said the last person from the UK that checked in gave him free candy. I was surprised as essentially he was asking me to give him free stuff. I am not averse to being asked about my accent and also giving some chocolate from the UK but I was tired and it felt inappropriate. The pool area really needs sprucing up, the beds are broken, paint needs redoing and the hot tub needs tiles replaced. The breakfast is also sub par and could do with some bacon and the food being cooked thoroughly such as the eggs.

A nice location with no housekeeping available.

It was located just a couple of blocks from Disneyland.

They didn’t clean the room at all, I was there from Friday to Monday. When I complained, they said that housekeeping already had left, so they could not rectify the situation.

It was an excellent experience and time efficient to Walk to Disneyland and California Adventure!

The room felt like we were at home. The commodities in the room were excellent. The breakfast was great! The location of the room was excellent. The location of the hotel was excellent walking distance.

I needed to get a late check out. I called in the evening and they could not accommodate. By the time I called early in the am the late check outs were taken. There has to be a better process to do this.

It was nice being close to disney but i would not stay again

The hotel looks nice but when you get into it the beds are rock hard, the water pressure is terrible, our shower looked dirty, and at 7 am and 8 am the housekeeping kept walking in while we were sleeping no knocks or anything, check out wasnt until 11.

Close proximity to theme parks allows this hotel to be a good option for families.

The location to be the Disneyland parks is less than 1 mile away, easy access. My kids enjoyed the Mickey Mouse shapes waffle makers we ate for breakfast.

There were multiple fixtures that needed repair. Sliding door to the bathroom was very difficult to open and close. The iron board hinge was broken could not stand the iron, had to lay it on the bed. And the usb connections did not work.

Room not ready even though arrived 2 hours after check-in. Housekeeping often very late in the day. Travelling with multiple families and at one stage all 3 rooms we had were unavailable for us to use due to housekeeping in all of them at same time (rooms were on different floors in different parts of the hotel).
