Great location but the good things stop there.

The location was great. Walking distance to Disneyland and restaurants at garden walk. The pool area was nice and kept clean.

This hotel is extremely noisy. We were woken up each morning at crazy hours by footsteps, rolling luggage and slamming doors from rooms above and around us. Our tv did not work, we notified staff on our first day of 6 there and they did not fix it. Housekeeping would come every other day (which is fine) but only change trash bags and towels, the floors were filthy after a few days. Front desk staff were rude, unhelpful and just seemed to not care. Overall it wasn’t worth the money.

The hotel exceeded our expectations, and became a great experience for my family vacation.

The hotel is in close vicinity to Disney park, we just walked there. The embedded Starbucks and Walgreen were hugely appreciated. Staff is very helpful, polite and accurate in providing all instructions and responses. The room was clean, comfortable, we had everything we needed.

Nice modern hotel with large rooms cost to Disney.

Close to Disney, large room with plenty of space. Friendly staff, Starbucks next door. Large suite is perfect for families with children for Disney. Free breakfast was fantastic!

I wish the bathroom was accessible from the main room and not just the bedroom so someone sleeping on the pull out sofa could get to the bathroom without having to walk through the bedroom and waking others.

Didn’t get the room we ordered. They had a water pipe burst and had to adjust, which is fine, but they had 2 weeks to notify us so we could adjust if we wanted to. They did not contact and inform anyone in our party for the 3 rooms we requested with a separate bedroom and a view of Disneyland.

A great place to stay.

The complimentary waters, the security feature of using the key card for the elevator, the breakfast was really good, tons of options, there was plenty of lobby and breakfast seating. It was close to Disneyland plus other restaurants or stores (Walgreens and CVS). Staff was awesome, we were greeted with a smile, by the managers, front desk people, custodial staff, and housekeeping. It was quiet and clean.

We were able to get tons more blankets but the bedding was not the highest quality so we were cold.

Close to Disney, Clean, Enjoyable

We stayed here for our trip to Disneyland. The hotel was very close to the park. The area around the hotel was clean and quiet; lots of families out walking and I felt very safe! The breakfast was good and provided options for everyone.

Weekend breakfast starts later, at 7:30. I wish it was earlier because we had to leave for the airport at 6:30 and were unable to grab a bite to eat.

This was an excellent hotel to stay at if you’re going to Disneyland. Perfect for families as the rooms are spacious.

The location was excellent with lots of eatery options, Wal-greens and Starbucks downstairs. The bus line were in close proximity to the hotel. Breakfast buffet every morning included in the reservation. The room were spacious. I really liked there was a couch that turned into a bed and the kitchen island that we could eat on. It was about a 10 minute walk to the entrance of Disneyland.

There needs to be different breakfast meats options in the buffet. They only served pork meats and my family does not eat pork. Beef or chicken sausage or turkey bacon would have been great.

Came with great expectations and left disappointed

The room AC worked great and the room seemed new. We liked the fact of no carpet. Though a round rug in front of the couch would have been nice. The breakfast was good. And being able to stay parked at the front in the handicap parking was a real plus.

The front desk check in personal was unkempt The room wasn’t ready. They had told us 3 pm Check-in and moved it to 4 pm. They got us in at 3but we had to choose a room without a view. The third floor hallway smelled badly. The room did not thankfully. There was construction taking place on the 4th floor and and we were bothered by hammering and machine noise. The hotel seemed of a different feel and it was a downgrade. We were disappointed as we have stayed at Hyatt house several times.

A wonderful experience at Hyatt House and succesful Disneyland trip!

We like the proximity, 15mins walk to Disneyland gate. Lots of restaurant options surrounding it. Even convenience store and Walgreens/CVS close the hotel. Room is spacious. Bed comfortable. Staff accommodating & pleasant.

Water pressure in the shower is kind of low. And when you turn the faucent to hot, it dispense white cloudy water. Breakfast was delicious but I was hoping for more options. Maybe a suggestion that they can have chef who can cook eggs the way you like it. And the timings for bfast hopefully can extend till 11am. Most of the families staying late at the park coming home late. And its hard to wake up very early in the morning and make it to 9am or 10am bfast.

It was still a good experience staying at this place because of most people that met our needs. Thank you!

First, front desk customer service. They were very welcoming and accommodating. I feel very comfortable walking up to see friendly faces to seek help. Second, breakfast buffet crew. They were very helpful and hardworking. They always made sure people had good clean tables, and go extra mile to provide what we needed. Third, accessibility. The property is close to everything. Disneyland is about 10-minutes walk, lots of restaurants close by, and pharmacy is just across the hotel. Fourth, comfortable beds. The beds were warm and soft with soft and clean pillows and sheets. Fifth, housekeeping did a great job! They provided us with clean towels and toiletries when we needed them.

In the kitchen, the dishwasher was rusty and had stains or soap residues. It needs to be cleaned for next guest to use. The window shade, had loose rod that fell off.

Rooms are nice and clean. Very spacious, Beds are comfortable. AC works great. Full size refrigerator is a plus and distance to the park entrance is a 10-15 min walk.

No vents in the restroom. Better take some air freshener if you plan on going #2. Haha. Other than that everything was excellent.

Closer on the map to Disney than it really is

Pool view is only a pool view if you’re room is in the east wing otherwise it’s parking lot and the pool looks like a distant spec in the parking lot. Also, elevators are REALLY far from the west wing. I think this is because there are businesses (Walgreens, Starbucks, dim sum, etc,) are along the bottom floor so elevators can only be in the middle of the building where the lobby is located. However, I think this is how they can keep their rates affordable so it is 100% worth it!! Hyatt staff is always REALLY friendly and nice! Like the best I’ve experienced and we travel ALOT! (Hilton and Wyndham members) Hyatts always the best when it comes to customer service. Thank you for the hospitality!

We would definitely stay here again!

The walk to Disneyland was very easy. It was a quick $2 bus ride to Food4Less. The pool and hot tub were perfect. The rooms are clean but the sofa but was very squeaky when turning in bed. Walgreens is just across the parking lot. Starbucks is directly below. Subway sandwich was just across the street. The staff were very friendly. Breakfast was great!
