Convenient stay, good amenities, but needs AC issue to be addressed

Nice lobby area, convenient location and amenities.

No AC!!! The AC doesn’t turn on if outside air is less than 62, but that means very little because inside gets stuffy and at 74 indoor temp, AC doesn’t turn on!!! Then you open the window but it’s very loud outside and cannot sleep.

Relaxing haven after the theme parks.

The room was extremely comfortable and very relaxing after buys theme park days. The lady who assisted us with checking in was exceptional in her efficiency and helpfulness. She accommodated our every need, and anticipated ones we didn't know we had! I unfortunately cannot remember her name, but she really was amazing. The location was excellent, a short walk from the entrance to the Disney theme parks. We didn't go in the pool, but it looked gorgeous.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. We did not have a single bad interaction. Everyone was helpful and pleasant. Thank you! We loved the coffee shop and gift shop. Laundry room was clean and easy to use.

Although we did stay during an expensive time (NYE), for the price and brand I expected a different experience. The layout of the hotel just was a lot for our big family, having to go into multiple buildings, lots of walking and waiting for elevators since they were always full etc. Not a critique for the hotel just a reason that we may not stay again with a big family.

AC was not working all night and had a very bad sleep because the room was extremely hot and stuffy; overall, it was unpleasant sleeping after a full day at Disneyland and was looking forward to a good night sleep.

Comforable

I liked the proximity of the hotel to Disneyland. Room was comfortable, clean, and up to date. The breakfast at the Savor restaurant was really good and wished we tried their dinner. Overall, I felt safe in this location and i liked how the parking is separate from regular parking.

The parking fee is a bit pricey, the sink counter in the bathroom is small and i wish the room came with a microwave.

Excellent value and location for a family trip to Disneyland! Will definitely stay there again next trip!

From the moment we arrived early in the day, the staff were helpful and extremely friendly and accommodating.

Everything was great! Just sorry that we did not get an opportunity to use the fitness and pool facilities. One thing I would mention is that the bus to Disney times should be advertised. It only comes once every half hour and it takes 10 minutes to walk. Unless you time it right - not really a convenient option.

Seeing fireworks was cool

Almost everything about that place was questionable. There was ZERO luggage space or drawers. We had so much stuff and no where to put it and for how much we paid you’d think we’d have SOMETHING more.

Location was great

Club room lounge is now pathetic. We had stayed there many times when it was owned by Sheraton, and it was great. Now in the club lounge they want to charge you for beer and the selection was two choices. Nothing like it used to be. Food tasted reheated and when asked the staff I was told it was to do with the way they try to keep the food hot.

Great location with a built in convenience store walking distance to the Disney parks. It was lively and comfortable.

The toilet leaked the whole stay (4 nights) and a puddle would form in our bathroom. I also noticed a few bottle caps underneath the furniture from prior occupants.

Parking is easy, cafe is perfect for breakfast stop, rooms are very nice and clean, lobby is great. Overall, a very good experience. We have been staying here for over 10 years every time we go to Disneyland!

A perfect hotel to stay in for Disneyland. Felt like a resort. So good, I highly recommend.

The staff were amazing, the room so clean and modern, the bed was very comfy. bathroom beautiful and spacious. The balcony had a great view. TV was good with lots of streaming options. The location was perfect near walgreens, CVS, a local shopping mall, so many food outlets with dumplings, sushi, pizza, sandwiches, noodles, rice, burgers, 7/11, McDonalds, Dennys and lots more. There was also a very nice large mini mart conveince store in the hotel open till 11pm daily. You could see disneyland from the upper floors of the hotel. Its a short walk to the entry of disneyland and california adventure park. The airconditioning works well. Great pool and spa. All in all a great hotel in a very clean area with lots of things around it that are useful. Loved this hotel. I stayed 7 nights.

Great location, excellent service, a little bit noisy

Wonderful location for Disney, walkable distance. Great service, the reception helped me merge my two bookings and stay in the same room, + helped extend my check-out to 12pm. Nice view, we can even see fireworks from the park. Easy parking with lots of space.

You have to join the rewards program and get that linked to your booking to get free internet. That was a nuisance and we had to go to reception to get it sorted out. There was quite a wait at reception. Unnecessary administrivia

Great place to stay

I love that I had my room across from the pool. I had some of my fur babies with me, so it was perfect to take them out for a potty walk outside the patio door and they had a smoke area down the way close to my room where I could smoke because there’s no smoking in the room.

The quiet part of resting cause I had a cold and the smoking area was close and the doggie area to walk that was close
