Good location

Toilet kept clogging. Next day had the room changed and in the new room the tv wouldn’t work. Had to call maintenance again to fix it. Other than those issues it was comfortable.

A pleasant surprise...Excellent value and very clean!n

I was very hesitant to book at the Hilton at Garden Grove (no sure why), plus I had a great rate.. So it seemed to good to be true. I have to.say, I was very impressed. Everything was Clean, the staff was very helpful and made great suggestions to help us navigate a day a Disneyland and our non park day! I would stay again and recommend it to friend!

Breakfast wasn't great. You could smell that some of the fruit was overly ripe on the buffet. The made to order Breakfast looked good! Again the staff was very friendly.

Very easy overall. The parking was easy and not a mess, the location was perfect and also not too busy or crowded, the staff was all attentive and helpful, the building was clean and fresh.

There was blood on every pair of bed sheets we received. We asked for replacements several times and even those had blood. I was disgusted.

Pretty good hotel, very nice location

Overall, still a good stay. My room wasn’t as clean as last year, but still pretty clean. No major issues, but I found a nut on the ground and a couple other small things left. The AC in my room 503 was at times really noisy. Breakfast buffet is not good for $20. It is a very basic breakfast buffet pre-made scrambled eggs, some kind of breakfast meat and toast. No waffles. Seemed overpriced. Staff super friendly. I would stay there again.

Hotel smells like cleaning products, which is rare because who else is that clean? I've been several times over the years, and it's managed to improve even more, which is crazy considering, but I love this hotel, and my most recent trip was even more brilliant

Booking.com charge you much more

Just an ordinary hotel with basic facilities.

Guys, DO NOT choose the plan including breakfast, Booking.com charge you USD30 per person per day for breakfast, while you just need to pay 19.99 for the breakfast buffet. And in my stay for 4 nights, the hotel cancelled the breakfast buffet for 3 days, just because there are not enough people reserve for breakfast, and they could just provide breakfast with lower value (~USD15). The hotel also provides bottle water only in the first day.

Just a place to sleep while you’re on vacation.

The property itself was nice and the location was perfect for my family’s needs

The flooring on the elevator was lifting creating a tripping hazard for both staff and guests. My room had a lot of stains on the floor. The receptionist that checked me in seemed like she would rather be anywhere else and was honestly kind of rude.

Worst hotel manager ever

Front desk was friendly

Average hotel and friendly front desk. However, they have the WORST manager in the history of hotels - he was extremely rude, can barely speak English, couldn't care less about his guests questions and needs and even insulted us. We've never been treated so badly in a hotel. Also, my reservation (higher fare) specifically states that I should have a $25 credit, which they did not acknowledge and refused to honor that. Booking.com page said free parking and I was charged for parking. And finally, the bathroom did not have a glass shower door as shown in the pictures. Choose a different hotel instead - so many better options.

I liked that it wasn’t far from Disney and how clean the rooms were.

The only thing I did not like is the comforter or top blanket on the bed it just has a ruff feeling to it.

Parking was easy. Excellent lobby with bar 😀 and snack room. Excellent showers 🚿 with full size shampoos, conditioner, shower gel and lotion. Bed was super comfortable. A lot of towels. Came with microwave, mini fridge, and complementary water👍. Definitely coming back!

I would stay here again. The front desk employees were respectful and very welcoming.

The room was very clean and the AC worked amazing.

I did not like that some of the parking spots were closed off, some guest did not park right so the next spot was empty and tight no room for parking our car. Also, the side doors for entrance are not kept open after 10pm which is an inconvenience when coming back to the hotel after visiting Disneyland.

Never again! 👎🏾

I had parking fee of $25 daily that was never mentioned during booking nor in my confirmation. Beds were not Queen size as expected. Fire alarm went off at 6am and staff said nothing and provided no direction. All guests that took the stairs ended up locked outside. Another guest came to activate (open) the sliding glass doors to let us in and told us someone was smoking on the fourth floor and triggered the alarm. I look at the staff member at the desk and asked if they planned on letting us in or providing any direction and she kept doing what she was doing and did not reply. I went back to my room. I was charged an extra $56 for a late check out when I left on time. I was reimbursed but it was just a fiasco from check in to check out.

Sorry I messed up the message but don’t want to type again. I liked the location.

Apparently due to booking services, request to get rooms connected to each other was not possible. Which was confusing and misleading? Also one elevator was in need of a tune up as at every floor, the elevator would jolt.

Hope to stay again stay but a continental breakfast is not recommened.

Good location to Dental conference and shopping (Target, Outlet at orange). And especially kind staffs, micro oven in the room, Iron and Iron board in the room, Neutrogena shower and lotion (Amenity) kit, hot and strong water bathroom stream.

A continental breakfast was not satisfied. The fruits were not so fresh and tasty. and no vegetables. No water in refrigerator.
