Really great proximity to Disneyland, lots of restaurants and shopping. Great hotel for a get away with family.

Property was clean and room was spacious. Also the area of the property was in walking distance of a lot of restaurants.

It was a little bit of a walk from the back parking lot to get back to the hotel. Other than that everything was great.

Other than the television not working had a very good stay

After trying the television, realized it didn’t work, called the front desk and asked for them to send someone to take a look, was told tv was not working, front desk called about 15 minutes later, they told me that there were no additional rooms available so I would be unable to switch rooms. Was give. Breakfast voucher as a result of the inconvenience.

Nice hotel overall, I like that there is housekeeping everyday if you like and I liked the blacked out curtains

Third party shuttles are really not that convenient. The AC in the room is outdated and location of the fan for AC is right in your face . My neighbors were loud with tv and noise till 2am which was hard to sleep

A reasonable choice within walking distance of the Convetion Center

The personnel at the reception were accommodating and friendly. The room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was awesome. A big shout-out to Yvonne and Manuel.

The facilities are a bit dated and there was a noticeable smell of sewer gas in the bathroom, especially when the door was kept closed. The ventilation was quite loud, too. The TV screen is huge, but its reaction time is super slow, which can be quite annoying.

Their staff needs extensive training. they should now to deal guests with kids.

Location was ok but carpets needed to be replaced lots of bad stains were through out the rooms.

We requested for two side by side rooms.but when we checked in they never gave us rooms according to our request even rooms were available but their receptionist decided that he will not give us side by side rooms.He promised tomorrow we will move you another floor but they never bothered to give us updates or status on our request .the guy who checked us in was very rude. also cleaning crew never picked up the trash properly especially from the tables. stains on the carpet.

Everything! The Starbucks coffee shop in the lobby was fantastic. The breakfast buffet option! 16-26$ per adult or child. Not bad. The aesthetic of the Christmas decorations around the hotel BEAUTIFUL! Lovely hotel. Would definitely stay here again. Love that it’s next to food. Canes chicken. Red Robin. Directly across from target.

Room was clean and restaurants and target across the street are a life saver.

We really wanted to like this hotel because the room itself was nice and the beds were very comfortable. Unfortunately, everything else about our stay was frustrating. Parking was nearly impossible despite being charged $30 per night. There were no handicap spots available, and we ended up having to park all the way at the back of the neighboring Homewood Suites and then walk to the front of the Delta Hotel. To make it worse, the back entrance was blocked off due to an event, forcing us to take an even longer walk late at night with our belongings. After a full day of work, we returned around 11 p.m. just wanting to rest — but we couldn’t. The event’s music was so loud it carried into our room and continued well past midnight. It seemed like the hotel prioritized the event over the comfort of actual guests, because nothing was done to reduce the noise. It’s a shame, because the room and beds were great, but between the lack of accessible parking, the extra parking fees, and the inability to get a good night’s sleep, we left disappointed and exhausted. Sadly, we can’t recommend this hotel.

It was great, think about booking for October since I will be back in the area.

I like the view and how close it is from everything. It made it easy to find stuff around. If you forgot something, there is a Target across the street. Disneyland is not too far, nor Knott's Berry Farm. A lot of restaurants around and shopping centers within the area. I liked the hotel gym. It had everything you need for a good workout. There is a Starbucks inside the hotel which saved me to driving somewhere for coffee.

It was my first time back since about 3 years ago whe I was last there and I was very dissatisfied on the level the room

Quiet and convenient location.

Upon arrival we noticed a few things: hair in “clean towels”, toilet paper was 1/4 left on display for our first use, rusty and stained sink, toilet handle was broken, water handle for tub wouldn’t close all the way so water would constantly come out, squeaky bathroom door, bed was not comfy, sketchy parking lot at the back end with no parking lot lights, 8:30pm front desk was not courteous, hot tub concerns (cement is super sharp from lifted cement and extremely hot temperature).

The staff was over the top. We had a huge group staying for my cousins wedding and they were very accommodating and sweet. They even let us have early check in.

Hotel that make things fun nearby

I love how everything is close. Even if you are not going to Disneyland. Everything is nearby, Target across the street, restaurants are nearby. I recommend walking down more pass rascos chicken and waffles for more options. The hotel alone had an amazing bar, and good food. The gift shop is extremely underrated.

Clean, good location, and organized.

Sometimes, the fruits for breakfast tasted like vegetables, indicating that they were using the same cutlery to cut fruits and veggies. It was impossible to park the car at the hotel parking lot at night, it was always full, and we needed to find another place. During daytime was ok.
