Had I known I wouldn’t have revered at this location. I expected better with it being Sheraton

I requested three towels and waited almost an hour and a half. Asked for a blanket and they only brought a sheet.

The room was dirty, had no exhausts vent in the bathroom so it was always muggy. No microwave and not enough lights. Outlets on desk sis not work

The property has a good location for someone who want to visit Disneyland.

The breakfast is poorly and the staffs who serves that area remind you to give “tips” when you are done with your breakfast. The room doesn’t have Microwave and the fridge doesn’t cool. Thanks

Great place for resting

Rooms were really quiet and dark which is super important for us! The gym was pretty decent and the staff was really kind and helpful. Great location for both Disneyland visitors and the main business center

The room and the facilities were not the cleanest. I also really dislike the fact that we can't open the windows which is pretty claustrophobic for me. The breakfast was really nice, although I could benefit from a little bit more variety of vegetables maybe.

The shower pressure was poor. We had to wash ourselves with a cup. After long hours of the Disneyland trip, you expect a nice shower, but with this water pressure, it felt like a nightmare. And this wasn’t only in my room — we were a group, and it was the same for all of us in different rooms.

A comfortable room for a decent price

The bed was comfy and the room was spacious. Also I liked the walk in shower and bathroom amenities. They give you plenty of hangers in the closet. And even though we were right next to the elevators, the room is rather quiet.

The wardrobe closet is odd and only has two drawers. The pool is very small and old. And the parking lot is small and there isn't any other entrance than the front lobby. So if you have a lot of luggage make sure to unload at the front then go and park.

Will book again!

The bed was amazing! Normally it’s hard for me to sleep in hotel bed but this one was like a cloud and the pillows were easy on my neck. Woke up refreshed for the day! The location was far enough from the busy crowds of Disney but close enough to target which was across the street for some last minute pick up’s. Staff who checked us in were friendly.

It is a bit dated but we didn’t mind. The elevator could be a bit scary since it took awhile but we were on vacation and had the time.

Comfortable king bed

The bed was super comfy! Even though it’s a 3 star hotel class, the lobby was renovated, bright and welcoming. We went to use the pool & jacuzzi right when it opened and a janitor person was wiping down wet chairs with attention to detail! Complimentary water bottles!

Decent hotel, nice room and reasonably close to shops and some restaurants.

We had a nice room, which was fairly quiet despite the hotel being on a busy road. Check-in staff and the concierge were helpful. The location was close to a Target and Starbucks, which made it easy to get some breakfast. About a 30-40 minute walk to Disney and nicer restaurants. It was reasonably safe to walk around during the day.

The staff at the bar and restaurant were less than helpful. They seemed distracted, so we went elsewhere for drinks and dinner. Definitely not a cheap hotel, but not much is cheap in California.

Common areas (lobby) and restaurant staff were great.

It felt a little bit dirty to me. The housekeeper overlooked a rolled up pair of dirty socks in our room. Secondly, the carpeting in the hallways was dirty. Every corner and room threshold had accumulated dirt and debris that hadn’t been swept and vacuumed. Baseboards are dirty.

The staff went above and beyond to cater for us. We dealt with Alison at reception and she was an absolute dream! I cannot recommend this place enough purely based on staff customer service. Everyone was so kind and the place was spotless with a fabulous room for such great cost
