Closest best value hotel for a Disneyland visit

We wanted to be close Disneyland Anaheim when it opens in the morning and we made the right choice. It's the most stressful way to go to Disney if you are not a local. It’s a 10 minute walk or a $15 uber ride to the Disney entrance. Almost same distance of walking if you self park. Entire hotel seems newly renovated pre 2026 so it has a new hotel feel all around. The lobby and hallways have a new hotel vibe. It has ample basement paid parking. It has multiple restaurants around the area for all budgets. There is a CVS and walgreens across the street. While it has no in house restaurant it has a Starbucks in the lobby. The rooms are newly renovated. The room toilets are sparkly clean. The rooms, lobby and hallways are bright and spacious. I feel that the hotel rooms priced a little less for its size so good value for money. The room looks, feels and smells clean and fresh. Airconditiong and heating system is top notch. Safety wise it’s in a very safe neighbourhood, I walked around 1am to walgreens and I felt very safe.

We loved everything about our stay! The Wyndham is now our go-to every time we visit Disneyland.

Close to Disneyland (10-15 minute walk), great customer service (super friendly and helpful front desk), clean and comfortable rooms (housekeeping did a GREAT job). We loved the convenience of having a Starbucks in the lobby, plus access to breakfast, snacks, and a full bar (who doesn't need a glass of wine before or after a long day at the parks). Great place to stay for a family. Highly recommend!!

Location is perfect. Nearby Walgreens and little food places. 10mins walk from Disney and even car rentals.

Walls are too thin, I had to buy sleeping aid and ear plugs to avoid the foot steps and running sound from our upstairs. Barely even slept. Toilet seemed leaking water a bit and the vent didn’t work in the bathroom. Four star hotel does not just give plastic cups like we are in a motel.

Overall, our stay was pretty good. Would plan on staying there again, especially if we plan on going to Disneyland.

I liked how close & convenient it was to Disneyland. We were able to walk there because of it. The staff was very welcoming & each person I interacted with was friendly & helpful.

I am a big shower person. I have experienced too many stays at hotels where the water pressure wasn’t enough to wash my hair throughly. I wish the pressure of the shower head was stronger & that the rooms were a bit cleaner. We found some type of food on the floor out in the open which made me believe the floors weren’t vacuumed before we checked into our room. Luckily I always bring a pair of flip flops when staying in a hotel or rental.

I had a wonderful stay at the Wyndham Anaheim. I was in town for the convention center with my partner and the distance to the convention center is no more than 10 minutes away. The location of the hotel is great as well since you’re surrounded by the Garden Walk, Walgreens, CVS, and tons of food options on harbor. As soon as I checked into the hotel I was welcomed by the front desk immediately. They were very friendly and straight forward since it was late when we checked in so we had access to our room right away. From first impression the room is extremely clean. Everything was neatly placed and shampoo and conditioner are supplied in the shower with body wash. The beds are sooo amazing! One of the best beds I’ve slept in at a hotel. They’re so soft and comfortable. Even the pillows are a nice softness as well. I had amazing sleep each night from each busy day. At the time of my stay the hotel was quiet on my floor. There was not alot of noise from the floors above me. Every time the house keeping stopped by they left the rooms spotless. They were very good at cleaning up from each day and they always placed my plushies on the bed which was super cute! I really appreciated that they took out our daily trash and left the beds nice and neat. The facilities of the hotel were well kept and really clean. Even though it’s the summer there wasn’t many people swimming in the pool so I had access to the pool with my family privately. They had towels stocked up every day at the pool as well in case you don’t have towels. The gym is super clean as well. The lobby and just the hotel in general is super well kept and clean throughout my stay. Overall I would definitely stay here again! I will keep the Wyndham in mind when I stay for the convention center or want to stay a weekend for Disneyland! Thank you so much Wyndham Anaheim!

My car battery died in the parking lot. I had jumper cables and asked for a little help with the battery. Nobody bothered. I needed a simple screwdriver and even for that I have to explain myself for minutes. Not really helpful staff.

Excellent spot for Disney days

The room was clean, comfortable, and fairly quiet aside from an incident that happened in the middle of one night (a belligerent guest screaming and being escorted out by security, which we could clearly hear out our closed window). Obviously the incident was not the hotel's fault and we had an excellent stay regardless. I appreciated the free, secure parking in the garage under the hotel. The bar and coffee had good options and service. Location was extremely convenient to Disneyland!

Breakfast was fairly expensive; we only ate in the restaurant one morning.

It would’ve been wonderful had the humidity in the room not made it so uncomfortable.

Great location! 10-15 minute walk to Disneyland and conveniently close to Walgreens, CVS, the GardenWalk, and plenty of restaurant options. The hotel has a private underground parking garage, which felt secure and made parking easy. They even have Starbucks coffee on-site, which was nice. The decor is cute, everything was clean, and the staff were consistently friendly and helpful.

Unfortunately, the room had a major humidity issue. It was so damp that our clothes felt wet, and we had to keep the AC at an uncomfortably low temperature just to try and manage it. As someone with asthma and chronic sinus issues, it triggered a persistent cough that lasted our entire stay. I really wanted to love this hotel, and there’s a lot to like, but the humidity problem was a serious downside and made the stay uncomfortable.

Looks good from the outside, but inside not so great. Hallways have a weird smell and carpet is very noticeably stained. Room had staples all over the floor which was weird. Hot tub not working. Not the best value for money, basically paying for the location
