The location is excellent. The hotel has a pool and hot tub which we enjoyed.
They have a balcony which would have been great to use if the weather was nicer!

The perfect location to walk around downtown Victoria. There are many restaurants and attractions close by. The pool was clean and not too cold.
Like many buildings the air was so dry my hair and skin were uncomfortable. If you are sensitive this way you might want to consider a small humidifier.

Location close to harbour, downtown & provincial legislature building. Comfortable beds and clean. Shuttle service to downtown locations until 9pm. Convenient above ground parking. Breakfast restaurant on property, but note this cannot be charged to your room.
Tow truck and delivery truck noise starting just after 6am on a weekday. 80s decor extremely dated, resembled staying in granny’s guest bedroom. Front desk staff failed to inform us about complimentary shuttle service; this we had to infer from seeing a driver and vehicle parked at the door. Some dithering about whether this was available or not. Surprise parking fee of approximately $25 per day. No mention of apparently complimentary coffee in the lobby. Told all amenities were in the basement but not what any of them were. Did not find any information in the room either.
