Room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. A little bit dated, but that was not a problem for us. Comfortable bed. The hotel is in a great location, short walk to wharf area, shops and restaurants. Easy walk to buses for Butchart Gardens.

Great location, easy to walk to all attractions. We were upgraded to a suite which was a very happy surprise. Great buffet breakfast in the morning, and I've never seen such friendly & helpful staff. It was nice to have a balcony off both the living room and the bedroom. The suite was perfect, and very clean.

I was a guest for 5 nights. My bedroom and bath were clean, bed comfortable, quiet, and WiFi was good. Breakfast bar was satisfying with an abundance of options. I am on a trip of several weeks, and it was an amenity to have a clean guest laundry. I had mistakenly double booked one night and the manager was cooperative and helpful in getting me a refund.

The breakfast was very good. However, I had already washed my face with a towel and I saw one the workers fold it and put it back as if it were clean. Despite that one incident, it was a great stay and would recommend it to others!

This hotel is conveniently located for travelers and offers a quality breakfast. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. However, the air conditioner was located right next to the bed, making it too noisy to keep on. I had to turn it on and off constantly, which prevented me from getting a good night's sleep.

Very convenient when visiting Victoria. Our dragon boat team stayed at this place which was a short walk to the racer’s village. The family room had a kitchen, room was spacious. The staff were very friendly. Thank you Art for arranging all the check-ins.

Was quite happy with the location. Situated between the Legilative Assembly building and the Grand Pacific Hotel, it is literally walking distance to just about every site in downtown Victoria. Such as the Fisherman's Wharf, Chinatown, and Government Road. Plenty of free parking on site, and paid parking underground. Staff were friendly and accommodating. However... Breakfast buffet, was only ok. The choices of eggs, hashbrowns and sausages would have been better with the addition of warm biscuits and gravy. Similar to what other hotels offer. Also late night coffee dispensers (w/ cream and sweeteners) in the lobby or dining area would have been nice after a nice walk around town, and coming back to relax with a hot coffee to end the night. One disappointment for me was coming back to my suite and relaxing with a nice show to watch on tv. But the choices of channels are too few to enjoy, leaving me to go on my phone for the rest of the night.

This is a fantastic place! Walking distance to the inner harbour, but located on a quiet street. Breakfast was fresh, hot, replenished often. We would stay here again instantly.

The location is excellent. Everything is walkable from here. Parking is inexpensive on premises. Restaurants numerous around the hotel. The hotel is renovated and in excellent condition. Beds are comfortable and linen was high quality. The suite we were in had a nice kitchen and a view of the BC legislature

We had a great experienced staying at the Embassy Inn. Location is Very convenient for those visitors who chose to walk from the ferry. Friendly and helpful receptionists specially Chelsea and Paolo.

Embassy Inn is centrally located within walking distance of many main attractions. Markets are a few blocks away. We got a suite and I love, love, loved it! The room was clean, super spacious and comfortable and felt like an apartment with the kitchenette. I was always happy every time I walked through the door of our room, it had a very bright and cozy vibe. You can tell it’s old - but they’ve upgraded a few things like the bathroom and some furniture. Sofa bed was surprisingly comfortable (seems all Canadian sofa beds we had were comfortable - better than US standards). Breakfast was awesome, great variety and dining area was huge, I think it was a former restaurant. Parking spaces are a bit on the smaller side so you have to really squeeze in. Staff was friendly! They were even able to bring us a bath chair upon for my son to use upon request. I highly recommend Embassy Inn!!
