Location
The hotel didn't tell me when I booked it that there would be renovations going on the four weeks I'd be there. I only got an email two days before my arrival telling me about the renovations, and by then it was too late to book something else. Also, they said the renovations wouldn't start until 9 am each morning, but I was woken up by hammering between 8 and 9 am.
