Amazing breakfast. On checkout the front desk let us know that ferries were cancelled, and said that they had capacity to stay an extra night if we needed to. Visiting family had a place to park nearby which made it easy.

Its probably a bit above my normal price range for accommodations. But, I made an exception because of prior visits here with family, and also looked forward to the breakfast.

The hotel is very accessible to everything.

The room was quite cold. Although the maintenance turned it on but it’s still cold especially at night. Other than that, everything is great!

The reviews were of the amazing continental breakfast. That’s why I booked it. We were dissatisfied. The juice was so watered down it was gross. My partners stomach hurt for hours after eating the “egg” surprise . Fruit was flavourful. That’s the only thing that was good . Our room smelled like dirty feet.

Room was across from the elevator yet surprisingly quiet at night. Current construction and associated noise during the day was a bit of inconvenience. We didn't know about the construction (and fire alarms) until after we had made the non-refundable reservation.

The perfect place at the perfect price!

Our king room had everything we needed: comfy king sized bed with extra pillows, an easy chair, a desk with office chair, a full sized closet with lots of hangers, a safe, a fridge, coffee maker, kettle and microwave, a walk out balcony, and a deep, soaker tub for the end of the day! Plus, it was pet friendly, so our dog was very happy to join us. The staff was super helpful and friendly, the room was spotless, and the breakfast had hot food with eggs, bacon, friend potatoes the usual yogurt, cereal, toast and waffles. The location was perfect, as well.

It's hard to find anything I didn't like, all I could say was I missed having and extra blanket somewhere to wrap up in after my bath. That's it, really. You won't be disappointed.

The room was a good size and pleased to have a fridge with a small freezer and a microwave.

The breakfast was okay, but the sausages on the first day were not great. Bacon on day 2 was much better. Glad that there was a microwave to re-heat the breakfast.

Perfect stay in Victoria

Perfectly located to walk around Victoria. Room had 2 large double beds, fridge, microwave and a kettle. Excellent breakfast included, particularly enjoyed the waffle maker ! Polite and helpful staff on reception. Hotel not too big, so no wait for lifts etc.

Space a little tight to leave suitcases open, but would be fine if unpacked as plenty of storage
