Fantastic location, beautiful building, walking distance to everything good in Victoria. Rooms are equipped with cooking facilities and everything you need for a longer stay. Skipping room cleans and environmental incentives are great options.
We stayed for 6 nights and only asked for our room to be cleaned once, but the sheets weren't changed, bins weren't emptied and the provisions (tea bags, coffee pods) weren't replenished. We were able to ask the friendly staff for tea bags which were provided.

Rooms were clean and staff friendly
It was a bit dated would benefit from a refurbishment. Very limited breakfast options for vegans even on the upgraded breakfast.
