Amazing location, helpful staff, clean
Place is "tired", in need of a refresh. Even with the pricing they have - they still charge for parking.

Location, atmosphere, spacious room size.
Bathroom was tiny and hard to close door and use toilet.

Elegant reception, very friendly front staff, old world ambiance. Wonderful breakfast and server staff. Good proximity to downtown and Fishermans wharf/Dallas road. Room was comfortable. Great that they take dogs.
Not the fault of the hotel but construction outside impeded views. Otherwise the property was lovely.

Very good location
I didn’t appreciate and like that check in time is 4 PM and check out time is 11 AM it’s a joke what this hotel industry is giving to customers check in time should be 12-1 max n check out time should be 12 I requested early check in 2 pm time but there was no clear answer and I didn’t not appreciate it
