Clean, beautiful rooms. Central to Downtown. Easy access to all the beautiful things the city has to offer. Would definitely stay there again.
The parking situation. Had to park with city parking and got a ticket because they dont allow you to change your lot number. Disputed it. So be aware or that. So you will have to pay for parking and it might be a hassle.

Great location.
A couple small stains in the bedsheets. No valet and parking was in an adjacent block making it a bit cumbersome to check in and out.

I really loved the location and the staff was lovely
I wanted to treat myself to a nice hotel, it looked better than the ones surrounding like the best western or stratchona, hotels that "got the job done"
I thought the rooms had a bathtub! The beds and pillows could be comfier. The pictures look really elevated to what it is.
However, not a bad experience, lovely staff, I just thought it was a bit more upscale, but not bad Overall.
