We stayed at Swans for four nights. The suite was the perfect size and layout for our family of two adults and two children aged 8 and 10. Staff cleaned up our room each day and worked around quite a clutter of bikes and other clothes and gear (we were visiting in part to do a Triathlon nearby). The location was perfect, just a short walk from all the restaurants and activities we were excited to visit. Thanks Swans!

Great location. Spacious room. The lift is still out of action. We were advised by telephone that we could come and check in early, however, when we arrived back at the hotel our room was not ready.

We did a full circuit through the pacific northwest, and our room at the Swans Hotel was our favorite! Very cool feel with the high ceilings and view out onto the harbor. Not to mention the location was perfect, with Chinatown and Fan Tan Alley steps away, and the Inner Harbour a 5 minute walk. We interacted with 4 different staff, each being kinder and more helpful than the last. If we stayed longer, we would have spent more time at the pub, very cool place. Give them your business!
