    The hotel is a locally owned hotel, with incredibly helpful and lovely staff. It is well situated in the city centre of Victoria and is walkable to a lot of things.

    Is a really wonderful place to stay. Locally owned and operated. Vista 18 is amazing. Easy walking distance to everywhere in Downton Victoria. Staff are wonderful.

    Chateau Victoria was warm, welcoming, and incredible at any price point. The staff, facilities, room, restaurants, overall location, and environment was indeed beyond expectations. I'll definitely be returning.

    Walking distance to a lot of tourist spots. We took the sea plane and the terminal is also walking distance from the hotel. It’s clean and the room was spacious. The bed was very comfortable and we had a good sleep. The only downside in this booking was that I booked a room with 2 beds. I booked for me and my brother. I was given a room with a king bed. I asked and clarified the booking and the man at the check in counter told me that my booking was a king bed as provided by the agency per their record. Well my record showed 2 beds. Anyway we didn’t make a big deal of it and checked in anyway, but that’s just not right. There are other hotels in the area and will probably stay there next time.
