Everything! It is was perfect. I wish we had more time here. It’s tucked away in a quiet spot but is still an easy walk into downtown and to other attractions. The apartment was quiet, clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The restaurant downstairs is also worth a visit. I miss it already :( will definitely rebook if we visit Victoria again.
Lifts can be a bit slow.. that’s it! There aren’t many restaurants or cafes in the area but there are a few about a 5/10min easy walk away.

Location, very pleasant staff.
No warm (and certainly no hot water) first morning I was there. Staff very pleasant about issue but did nothing to help deal with inconvenience nor was there any compensation for this gap. Secondly I could hear upstairs neighbour. No noise barrier in ceiling.
