    We loved the executive suite we booked. And the cleaning team did an amazing job cleaning the room including the dishes, it has cooking amenities and provided crib for my baby. The breakfast was good and the staff at the restaurant were friendly and helpful. The receptionist were professional and courteous. The location was excellent for access to the harbour and whale watching tour

    There was a problem with our reservation but the wonderful staff fixed it and gave us a nice room! The breakfast is awesome! The entrance sign on the waterside needs to be addressed, others along with us tried the wrong entrance it's very confusing where the main entrance is when coming from the ferry, but once figured out it's really nice

    Excellent location with easy access to downtown attractions on foot, ample parking lot, and well-equipped room facilities. However, there was an issue upon check-in. Agoda lists each room as having two king beds, which raised some doubts. While reservation I specifically noted that it was for two beds. but the staff quite confused upon check-in because the hotel does not have such rooms. The only option was a king bed in the loft and a sofa downstairs. We had to make do with that arrangement. The sofa is not suitable for sleeping, as it is narrow and short. The staff handling the check-in were very courteous and apologized repeatedly. However, this was not the hotel's fault; the issue stemmed from an error in the booking information.
