    Great hotel ..has a kitchen and great space.. great location ..able to walk to most places and very close to the ferry terminals. Staff helpful and friendly.. definitely recommend

    Stayed 1 night. Its a great location. We asked at the desk to get in early, that is, before the 4 pm check-in. They gave us their standard reply that they could not guarantee it. We didn't feel like any effort was put into it. Fortunately, when we checked later, about 2:45 pm, we were told the room was ready. That gave us time to get ready for the wedding. The cleaners had sprayed some scent into the room, so I had to have the sliding door open to clear it out as it was quite strong. The room had windows on opposite ends, which was nice. If you go in October, check when the royal marathon is as they close streets around the hotel.

    beautiful, well-equipped suite that was both comfortable and aesthetically stunning. Every detail was thoughtfully designed, making the space feel luxurious and welcoming. The hotel is in a fantastic neighborhood—quiet, safe, and just a short walk to shops, restaurants, and major attractions. The staff were absolutely lovely—warm, helpful, and always made me feel at home. It truly was the perfect place to stay in Victoria. Highly recommend!

    Booked our first holiday in over 10 years. Saw the pictures of the room we thought we had book...Got a same room with filthy carpets and next to a dog that tried to attack me when we left the room at the same time. It also barked all night. Beds were like sleeping on plywood. Even my socks were dirty after walking on the carpet.. Minor thing I purchased one beer from the bar to take to my room $7.00 Next night he charged me $8.50 This was to be a special trip to celebrated our anniversary and 75 birthdays....Charge the picture of the rooms with balcony or inform people this is not what you are getting for the unreal amount we were charged. Thankyou for maked a wonderful dream for a special event not turn out. We loved Victoria and had a great time away from this hotel
