We had a wonderful stay. The apartment was well stocked and was in a perfect location to walk around the city. It was great to find a location with secure parking. The building is safe and secure. It was clean and comfortable. Stocked with kitchen and bathroom items. Plenty of extra towels and bedding. Trent was responsive and communicated very well. Thank you, Trent. We apologize again for taking the Key but glad we could resolve the matter quickly.

The location is very good. Close to alot within walking distance. Caught bus to ferry from very close by. Keys are located in digital safe inside the 7-11 just around corner from unit, you dont need to install app, password sent on final payment. Trent responded effectively. Unit is nicely appointed, lots of light in living area.

Great second time stay at Trenton’s condo! Makes a great home base for visiting our kids at Uvic. Great location, amazing pool, great set up. Close enough to walk anywhere with the added convenience of a secure underground parking spot. Can’t wait to come back!

This condo was wonderful. The bed and pillows so comfortable Had the best sleeps Great size , everything perfect The supplies were the best I have ever seen The host was so easy to get ahold of and even reached out to us half way through our stay to see if we nodded anything The building is very secure and safe. Loved our three week stay Parking spot awesome , close to elevator Second year in this building but definitely would stay in this unit again The television has all the channels also and then some Walking distance to wherever you want to go 🌷👍😀

I truly enjoyed my stay. Everything was great. Wonderful location. My only thing would be that on the first night I checked in, the apartment was very heavily scented with some kind of fabreeze or laundry scent. For anyone with scent allergies it might be too much. I had to open windows and leave for a bit. But over all I would 100% go back and rent this space. The owner was fabulous to work with.

My husband and I spent a week at Trent’s apartment. It was wonderful. Trent was very fast and responsive to our questions. The furnishings, kitchen ware and linens were very nice. Very much appreciated the nice wine glasses. The location was close to everything we wanted to see. We walked almost everywhere and took the BC Bus to Butchart Gardens for $2.50 each way (bus stop right near the 7-11). It was great to have the washer and dryer. We did go to the pool and spa area once. There were other folks so we decided to skip going in. The water looked great and it was warm. If we come back to Victoria, we would certainly check to see if Trent’s place was available.

This was such a great place to stay . It is downtown and a block from the wharf. The suite was clean, bright and well stocked. Trent was such a caring host and was happy to help me with several situations. On one occasion the start button on the micro wave broke and we could not open the door. I notified Trent and he was up several hours later with a new one. Five stars for Trent. This is a place I would highly recommend..

Very good location, new apartment in nice modern building. Large windows, new appliances, clean bathroom. The first arrival was a little complicated due to miscommunication but the owner was easy to reach and immediately was on site to help. Overall excellent stay. We will come back to this apartment when we return to Victoria.

Amazing stay at downtown Victoria Condo. Had a small issue with the check in process but Trent was amazing and drove over right away to let us in. Condo was clean upon arrival and well stocked with kitchen staples, bathroom toiletries, and lots of extra towels. Lots of room for the four of us and beds were comfy. Beautiful views through the large windows and a nice patio to sit out in the sun. Nice to have a designated underground parking spot and was big enough to fit our truck. Pool area was great and the hot tub nice and relaxing. Great location and we were able to walk to many great restaurants. Would not hesitate to stay here again!!

The condo was perfect for our family of three and we’ve already recommended it to others! Lots of natural light (con: it does get pretty bright in the living room if you’re planning to use the pull out couch to sleep). The pool/hot tub was a nice amenity we took advantage of and the location is incredibly walkable. We didn’t cook at all in the condo so can’t speak to that, but it looked like it was stocked enough with supplies to do so. Would stay here again for sure!

The check in process was simple! We loved having our own secure parking space. It was myself, husband, our 13 year old daughter and almost 3 year old son. We loved being able to swim. Because of the location we walked to most of our destinations. We cooked quite a bit and found what the kitchen had to be sufficient. We liked being out on the balcony. Overall, we loved the place and would love to stay there again on our next trip.
