Abigail's is a wonderfully comfortable hotel. From the delicious breakfasts to the amazing staff. The staff are highly skilled in serving their customers. They made us feel like we were staying at a friend's house.

The location was great. We were able to walk to the wharf and everywhere we wanted to go. Very comfortable bed and sheets. Their was a living room area with comfy chairs, a fireplace, a TV and a table for playing games that was nice. The staff was wonderful and responded to every request. Breakfast options were adequate but not great. I liked the very dark coffee served in the restaurant but my friend did not. More coffee options would be nice.

My husband and I had an amazing stay at the Abigail hotel. It reminded us of a bygone era where shower caps were still included, the staff were very accommodating and personal and hotel felt like a treat while on vacation. The breakfast was one of the best we ever had including the afternoon snack. It was located in a very quiet area with walking distance to downtown Victoria so no car required. The only small item I would mention is the limited parking. Overall the stay was amazing and we will definitely go back.
