Location
We thought the bed was to high which caused us a problem getting in and out of it. Also the people above us were very noisy and we could hear them walking around the room at night

Very friendly and helpful staff, an excellent breakfast and very comfortable and clean rooms. The hotel is sited an easy walk from the centre of Victoria and has an amazing 'Olde World' charm.
