Underground parking is across the street, but very secure and well lit. The gym is a block away which was a little inconvenient early in the morning and had to deal with inclement weather. The gym itself was quite nice. Otherwise front desk staff were very friendly, helpful. Would stay here again.

This was a totally enjoyable stay. The hotel was incredibly clean, the staff were all so helpful and dear, and the room was spacious and comfortable. Very convenient to downtown, Chinatown and transportation. Loved it and would definitely return.

Great hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are a good size and have air conditioning. If you’re staying here, it’s best to come out of the main door by reception and walk to Government Street to go downtown rather than going down Douglas. Sports bar onsite and complementary tea and fruit offered for breakfast. Would definitely stay here again!

I love staying at the Rialto hotel. Rooms are well appointed. All my stays I had no problem with noise - my rooms were always quiet. Air conditioner works great. Lots of good restaurants around but I like their Palms restaurant. I am a diabetic and prefer low carb food and drinks. They had no problem accommodating my requests. Everything at the downtown is a walking distance from the hotel. I will be returning.

We stayed one night and enjoyed it. The room was on the smaller side with no view but it’s modern and clean with nice amenities such as a microwave and mini fridge. The soap and hand cream provided are very nice. Front desk staff were kind and efficient. Great location right in the heart of the city within walking distance of most everything.

First, when I was checking in, they upgraded me to a better room- what a lovely surprise! The room was very nice, and the view was nice too. They made sure we understood how to access the parking area, and showed us some areas in Victoria that I was interested in on the map. If I had one small issue, it was that their pillows are very big and dense- not something I am used to- I likely should've asked if they had softer ones available. Everything else was FABULOUS!

The stuffs were super nice and helpful , we have excellent experience when chef in and check out and every time we pass the reception. The cleaning crew also super nice and helpful. We had our dog with us and she must feel pretty happy

If you stay during the week, this hotel is nearly perfect. Modern, clean, small but comfortable rooms, close to downtown with a good restaurant and a liquor store on the building. But on Fridays and Saturdays an adjacent night club literally rocks the hotel and sleep is impossible.
