The front desk staff was genuinely friendly and accommodating, which feels like a rarity in hospitality these days. The value was average, but that’s to be expected during high season.
I stayed in a kitchenette room, and it was surprisingly well equipped, making it easy to prepare simple meals. And as a fun touch, they give you a cute rubber duck as a souvenir — a small detail, but it really adds charm to the experience.
Overall, a solid stay with warm service and thoughtful details.

Uptown, Mayfair Shopping Centre and some great restaurants are within walking distance. It’s convenient. Furthermore, staff are friendly and helpful.

The staff was extremely helpful with directions, taking pictures and even dinner options. I would definitely want to stay there again. I also liked having a living room seperate from the bedroom.
