quick but comfortable, quiet and more then made up for expectations.

staff were super friendly and accomodating. Room was very clean and the coffee was really good! i often stay in luxury hotels where the rooms are more "sumptuous" but the coffee is terrible frankly. This place was really clean, the staff was super nice, the parking was easy and included in the price, the kitchenette had real coffee cuts and the coffee was excellent. I know coffee isn't normally a big thing for most but as a frequent traveller, good coffee really makes a difference. and the shower was really good too.

I stay there quite often. It’s clean and convenient.

It was noisy and I had to make a complaint. This might seem petty but there was no coffee in the room. At checkout, I was told that coffee and fresh milk is given at check in. If your job is two part -check in the guest and give them coffee, one would think it would be done.

The staff make such a great impression. The rooms are comfortable, clean and a nice size. A couple restaurant options within reach. Relatively short trip to UVic and Downtown.

It only had one chair (for desk) but had room for a larger table with more chairs. A bit pricy for the location (not close to waterfront) and few extras ( no pool, no free breakfast etc.).

Excellent location and value for money spent :)

We made a last minute booking that they were able to accommodate! With ample parking available, we were able to walk everywhere, including Mayfair Mall and Save On Foods Memorial Centre. The room was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and there was a nice TV with options for both cable and streaming. Super simple arrival and departure with friendly staff, and easy access to the highway. Great value for money, and we will totally stay there again!

It is a good location if you are travelling with a rental car Free-flow coffee/tea facility from the lobby at any time of the day Reasonable price for a 3-star quality motel/Inn accommodation There is a decent laundry facility on-site, and they will provide the detergent I would consider staying here again

It was close to grandkids and a daughter I love to bits. (They live in a too-small house) The one unfortunate part was that the only elevator wasn’t functioning. But they upgraded me into a lovely suite with a kitchenette. There was a ramp that made it very easy to access my space.

We were on the 2nd floor we did not like the noise above us the stomping of their steps that were loud but after 11pm it was ok at least we got to sleep without any problem
