Great location within walking distance and quiet. Near the park.
We rented two rooms and the only bad comment is the upstairs room took a while to cool down, which normally wouldn’t be an issue in Victoria. Not a lot bad to say.

Great location in downtown Victoria near the Legislature Building, provincial Museum and Empress Hotel. Its a neat place. Communicationwith the host was very good with important information well laid out.
I typically prefer a less spongy mattress cover, but that is a matter of personal taste and not really any form of shortcoming on behalf of the property or host.

Great area. Comfortable homey room. Available parking for guest. Good breakfast. Quiet. Coffee, tea, breakfast supplied. Interesting room set up.
Felt a little exposed to the outside world on the lower level.
Felt like I was juggling with the soap and shampoo in the bathroom.

It had everything we needed...great location., the self serve breakfast was very good.
The room we stayed in wasn't very clean, glass table, outside of toilet, towel hangers, drawers on side table were not cleaned, hair, etc so we couldn't use them
