Nice and quiet. I enjoyed having breakfast with other guests and chatting with them. Beds were comfy and the room was clean. Glad there was a mini fridge, coffee machine and kettle in the room. Would have been nice to have a little microwave.

One of my favourite places I have stayed in! The house is so cute and very comfortable rooms. Breakfast was delicious and always had tea and coffee available. Location was excellent as well

Lovely, historic house in a pretty setting and an ideal location. Close to things but a relatively quiet street. The rooms were spacious and comfortable.
For a pricy bed and breakfast the latter was disappointing. Food was pre prepared and left “buffet style”. No sausage or bacon and scraps left if you ate later in the morning. Cheap “orange beverage “ rather than real juice.

Had a full hot breakfast!
Very close to downtown and the harbour area, and many of the tourist attractions.
Across the road from Beacon Hill Park.
Staff were helpful.
There were often people from the neighbouring apartments being loud and smoking and drinking very late into the night.
