Walking distance from dock if you are taking sea plane. Nice restaurants, good city vibe. Location was convinient irrespective of where do you want to go both Nanaimo as well as south victoria. The team was accomodating of our late checkout as well easy checkin.
Price for parking car but i guess keeping with the safety, valet was necessary. Wish it could have been cheaper than 30$
