Breakfast was relaxing sitting by the window and enjoying the water traffic. Close to park to walk to and Fisherman’s Wharf. Nice to have shuttle if you don’t want to walk to downtown

hotel location, space of the room, proximity to everything was so close by. Loved the pool, gym and hot tub. Perfect after a long walk through town. Staff were so accommodating.

What a wonderful reno these rooms have had. Super comfortable stay. The view was awesome, we had a little balcony as well. The bed was heavenly and the bathroom had a great upgrade we enjoyed using. Enjoyed the sauna, pool and hot tub as well. Great amenities. Really enjoyed the service from our front desk check in hostess, she was great.

The hotel itself was great — clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff who were working were kind and professional despite a difficult situation. You can tell it’s normally a wonderful place to stay, and under different circumstances we would have loved it.
We arrived to find that workers were on strike — something we were not informed of by Booking.com before our stay. Because of this, the restaurant was closed, there was no room service or breakfast, and crossing the picket line felt uncomfortable. We specifically booked this hotel for its amenities and dining, and would have made a different choice if we’d known. For nearly $400 per night, we feel we should have been informed and hope Booking.com will offer a partial refund for the unavailable services.
